Very prime location close to the beach walking distance clean rooms welcoming staff

Extremely poor customer service, especially given the price of this hotel. Avoid

Nice hotel but doesn’t live up to expectations. Room was very nice, comfortable bed, hit and miss with cleaning and refill of tea/coffee supplies. Pool looks good but doesn’t get any sun, therefore very cold, not very clean and no point laying on sun beds. Breakfast buffet (Indian style, all veg) is total chaos, one person doing omelettes, if your not waiting when yours is cooked it’s given to someone else. This hotel is very nice for Asians but I think most Europeans will be disappointed. The tv only has one channel, adverts... no other channels worked. On day 2 we went to reception with a list of problems, staff very nice and tried to help, but things like bathroom floor flooding from shower was beyond their ability. Much nicer hotels in Calangute for what we paid.

Beautiful hotel, very close the the beach but the hotel is very hidden away.

The stay was Pleasant and Enjoyable. The Rooms were Spacious and Decent . Friendly Staff Special Thanks to Mr. Mansoor for taking Care of me and my Wife
