Clean Mondrian-esque meets industrial-chic room. 10 minute tram ride from Bruxelles midi and across the river from the historic centre. Not sure why this place gets low reviews. It was totally decent, and good value for Brussels.

Bed was comfy, room was big. It was easy to get to. Unfortunately, that's where the good parts end. It was not sound proof as advertised. Loud horns continously beaping, cars and bike revving, people shouting, fireworks etc from 10pm on Sunday for 2 straight hours. I have no idea why. The hotel said it was football celebrations but this seems excessive. Brussells is the noisiest city I've ever been too, it beats New York Also the sounds of other guests in the hotel, banging, and the corridor lights going on and off (the gap around door meant that the whole room lit up) stopped us sleeping. There is also a thermostat, for controlling the heating that did not work so the room was far too hot our entire 3 night stay. And a green light from the thermostat was so bright we had to stick something over it. The pillows were terrible, and no kettle.

Not far from centre. Can walk, bus or tram. Stop across from hotel v convenient. Accom: Big room. Clean, comfy beds & great shower. Would stay again

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room very basic and bare. Close to the tram which was the main reason we chose there.

Everything was good but There was a bad smell, and when I followed the smell, it was from the bathroom sink, which smelled like sewage.

I enjoyed my stay. It was relaxing and the neighborhood was lively.

The concept is brilliant and we totally support training of the young. The people we interacted with were incredibly lovely and accomodating. As a training place there is some fine tuning re the details of the room. The room had some residue of cleaning products etc. The building is minimalistic with concrete walls and if thats not your vibe maybe try elsewhere we found it fine. Price wise it was fine. Neighborhood wise its close to central Brussels which is great. However the area around the hotel was really dirty with rubbish. A restaurant nearby had its windows broken. It might not be the safest for a solo traveller but for us it was fine. Overall a good place to stay dragged down a bit by the neighbourhood.

Property itself was absolutely fine, although, area it was in was absolutely dreadful, felt so unsafe despite being so close to city centre

Ok hotel, good for 1 night stay. But generally no flooring tiles and quite hot as ventilation doesn’t work.

People at the reception were consistently lovely and spoke excellent English. Good location, close to lots of food places. Only complaint was that the shower water was cold but I'm sure they would've fixed it if we asked - we just didn't bother because we were only there for 2 nights.

This is a good Hotel, with a unique design. The only issue I had that my room was on the corner, next to the side street and the noise at night could be quiet annoying.

In general is a good place for a short stay. The bed is great, the room is clean. For quick travels is a nice recommendation.

Pleasant stay

Room was very basic although very clean, I know it’s supposed to look bespoke but just looked unfinished. No light In corridors and lift outside hotel which isn’t very practical.
