We were very pleasantly surprised with this stay. It had been rated in the 7', but we found it very clean, the staff (Perla(??)) Was very personable, bathroom was clean, strong hot shower, good place to sit outside the room. In addition, my friend was sick one day and both of the staff who learned of this were very thoughtful. One made and brought her tea. Only negative. Someone was smoking at night in the hotel, and tje smoke seemed tp find its way directly to our room.

Friedly service.. location great. Secured at night.

It's very centric and cheap, there's a little patio and rooms are pretty well kept in general

First of all they did not give us the room we paid for therefore we were short one bed. There were hairs on the bed. The shower had no curtain or anything causing the bathroom to flood. They do have fans but the room is still really really hot. The staff are friendly and nice but just the quality of the room overall is not good. Would not stay there again.

Everything was fine. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very close to everything.

La recepcionista se portó muy amable. Para mi cubrió todo lo que yo buscaba. Algo cerca del centro, pequeño y económico. Es un lugar muy sencillo y limpio.

The staff was really nice and the location was good too, but the facilities really were disappointing. The internet barely worked and the room had some issues.

HORRIBLE. They transferred us calls trying to scam us and deliver us suspicious packages. The guy at the front desk tried to hide what he did from his boss and not tell her, wouldn’t recommend this hotel to ANYBODY. So sketchy. The typical scam they try to get tourists with but this time the guy at the front desk was in on it. Be careful! Luckily we spoke Spanish and knew what was going on but you never know.

No warm water and they don’t accept credit card payment but nice staff and a good location to check out the centro area

This hotel is centrally located and walking distance to all Guadalajara downtown has to offer. A short bus trip from a nearby bus stop takes you to Tonala, 12 pesos (~0.75$). On Sundays it is a bustling market with anything you could possibly want, from crafts, clothes, food, furniture, etc, The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the old bus terminal which has bus service to the airport for only 7 pesos (~0.50$). Also the reverse route. Overall, this hotel is a great value.

I don't know whether to be mad at the hotel or Orbitz about this, but after making the reservation and arriving at the hotel, they informed me that they did not have any rooms available, so I had to make alternative plans on the fly.

Hard bed, glass doors that let in a lot of noise throughout the night, as the airless room was right across from the reception. It's an OK place, but not worth the price.

No hay cobijas ni suficientes toallas

Me pareció, que falta algunos arreglos dentro de la habitación, la regadera y el colchón. Sin embargo si me volvería a hospedar.

Es un hotel muy barato prácticamente para ir a dormir sin gastar mucho dinero. Esta céntrico quedan cerca muchas cosas en el centro que te puedes ir caminando. A pesar de ser tan sencillo esta limpio. La cama si fue muy incomoda y las almohadas no se digan super incomodas pero bueno ahorre mucho dinero porque solamente necesitaba un lugar para dormir unas horas.

Hotel pequeño, cuartos sin privacidad, hay que rogar para que te guarden el equipaje, instalaciones deterioradas.
