The location is strategic because it's close to Tunjungan Plaza Mall (across from the mall). The breakfast is standard. There's only one elevator, so you have to wait quite a while to use it. The rooms are also standard. The staff is friendly and very helpful when needed.

water heater & upper shower didn’t work well, but overall it’s ok

The room's AC was hot until the 3rd night and was not repaired even though it had been reported.

The location is in front of Tunjungan, only the neighbors' rooms can be heard, and the room is a bit narrow, the service is extraordinarily good, the food lacks variety, hopefully in the future it can be improved

Highly recommended... The staff are all friendly, 24/7 service. The rooms are clean and fragrant every day, security and comfort are maintained, easy access to everywhere, there are even common food, even the sultan's tastes are complete, the AC is very cold, the water heater is hot enough, there are complete TV channels, and a safe is available. The price is pocket-friendly, even for work, computer facilities are provided. Very satisfying. Will come back here again if I am in East Java.

The location is right across from Tunjungan Plaza mall, so you don't need to bother ordering an online taxi to get to the mall 😄

Nice hotel, located in very strategic area, very near to bus stop and mall and food & beverages stall. The hotel itself is clean, they provided daily bottled water and you can refill the water on the water station available in the hallway. The staff hospitality are great, they're so friendly and helpful, they have a great taste of jokes as well. The room, actually not that big, but you can held up to 7 people comfortably. Bathroom are a little homework, only for the privacy context, other than that, for the price offered, very value

The towels only arrived an hour after I entered the room. A fruit fly suddenly entered the room. I don't know where it came from🤷🏻‍♀️

The hotel is quite comfortable because it is in the middle of the city area, right in front of Tunjungan Plaza so it's easy to go anywhere.

The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean and the toilets are spotless. Good job, guys!
