Hallway smelled like weed. Sink does not drain. Cockroach in the bathroom.

They have very respectful staff.The rooms are so comfortable. I love this motel after staying at different motels since I lost my home during hurricane H

Dirty 1 towel no wash clothes no ice machine dirty

This was one of the worst visits I have ever had in a facility. No hot water, no tv that worked. No smoking in the facility yet the whole place smelled of weed. Three hours to find a plunger and no cleaning service except every 14 days I was told. Offered full refund but there was no other facility in town available because of graduation and I payed over 300 a night for three nights.

No water for 6 hours and then no hot water till later in morning next day i an guessing BECAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE before it was available.

Great staff. Very helpful and took care of any problems when needed. The facility does not meet the standards of other stays I have had with this brand.

The safe was quiet and I rested well but the was very dirty

Clark did not know what he was doing. Did not know how to speak to customers. The rooms were nasty bugs were in the room worst day ever.

Had to wait for an employee to come to front desk 15 min when checking in at 11pm

This was a suite with mini kitchen. However, there were no furnishing at all. no pots, pans, utensils, dishware, cups...nothing. The TV also did not work, wouldn't even turn on. And, I also had to kill a cockroach while eating my dinner.

The front desk was great but the room was very nasty. There was urine stain on the toilet seat. There was a roach walking on the floor in the room. The window shade was broken.

Curtain with a hole to the street. TV on on high volume until 2 am. No shampoo on the shower. Phone no answers by reception to deal with noice.

We booked and they were over booked and turned us away at 9pm

They lied to me and said they couldn't book me after hours. When corrected, they said I never paid. I now have to get a refund.

The staff was very friendly. Very simple rooms. Amenities were few. No shampoo, only one mirror, no breakfast or coffee, but otherwise very comfortable bed, and very clean.

My key was made twice and didn't work. No resolution to problem was presented.

Good service. Checked in with no issues.

This “hotel” was not worth the money and risk based on the condition of the property and its surroundings. Don’t book this place.
