Room too small. Breakfast too simple for 14 euros.

Everything was as expected and advertised.

AC in the room didn’t work (even with the maximum level and lowest temperature it was very uncomfortable)

I never seen, like that. Very, very kind and helpful staff. They did extra for they guests. Hotel and room are clean, easy to find. 20 mins walk from underground, but easy travel from central. Also Orly airport is 10-12 euro by Bolt taxi. Highly recommend for short stay.

The bed is like sleeping on plywood. The hardest mattress I have ever slept on

Mobile check in isn’t ideal but luckily their staff was on site and quickly helped. Room was what we needed and close to airport

When we got there about midnight there was only a machine for check-in. It took us more than 30 min to finally manage it, while our kids were in the car outside the hotel waiting for us to get the parking gate open. It was definetely a scaring experience.

I chooser pay at property. But they charged via card. Hotels.com and hotel is fraud.. Avoid this hotel

It is a nice place. They got a computerised food ordering machine that is very reliable and has varities of food you want and that can be delivered to your room within few minutes. Their food is also very delicious. It is close to Orly airpot. With Tram you spent less than 3 euro to get to the airport. Got a lot nice bars and night clubs around.

Warning: when they say air con they don’t mean it. What they actually mean is they will pump heat into your room and if you want it to be cooler you have to open your window to all the bugs and noise of Paris. If you open your window you need to hope you don’t sleep walk or your last night will be in this hotel (see photo) You also need to hope that sitting up in bed isn’t your thing unless you want said open window on your head. Over heating and perilous fall hazards aside, the good news is that the receptionist is probably the least helpful person you have ever met. The thought of changing a room might be met with huge resistance and eye rolls that no language barriers will deny. Apparently all rooms are the same as the Sahara desert so changing rooms would only cause her more cleaning. Moving rooms was a mild improvement but not one I’d choose to repeat, especially because of the terrible customer service.

The only issue was trying to find the hotel! It was difficult but we founs it!! Great walking distance to restaurants and shopping but a great distance from the eiffel tower and area

The room is clean but so many mosquitos in the room. we killed about 50 mosquitos and hardlu had any sleep. We still got so many mosquito bites.

Horrible, don’t recommend.

The rooms hardly had any space. The basic facilities like hot water kettle and tea/coffee bags were missing. There was no service beyond 9 pm

Great hotel. Clean and quiet. Transportation to paris was easy. Breakfast was great. Staff is very nice. I felt safe while staying here. Will definitely stay again! One thing i didnt like about the hotel was that there was no AC. The room was very warm, we had to open the window over night.
