I like the internet access. The bed is comfortable. The area is also walkable and easy access to transportation. The front staff Bettina and Claudia made me feel so welcome and are so kind. I enjoyed my time here and will recommend to others. The rooms are clean and morning breakfast is a plus :).

Nice hotel close to the center of the city

In the room there is cold cement down floor and you can not walk barefoot too much because is cold. Room is modern furnished. Parking is in an underground garage near hotel. Receptionist is kindly. Breakfast was good, also with smoked salmon. Bed was quite confortable.

We have stayed five times at this new hotel. It is not central therefore you need a car for your stay. Once you have overcome the shock that the entrance to the hotel is via a service station you realise that the hotel, although minimalist is perfectly adequate. The big plus is the very friendly staff and also a good cold buffet breakfast. Secure parking is a bonus.

Very clean, comfortable rooms, 4th floor rooms have a terrace. 5 minutes to the motorway. 24/7 honours Bar. Car a must. Taxi to Zurich circa 200 USD.

Great modern hotel a bit outside Frauenfeld, but close to Bus Station. Very comfy beds, good breakfast buffet, friendly service.

Really comfortable hotel with great breakfast. Don't get put off by the entrance beside a petrol station and several businesses nearby. The receptionist was very helpful. I photographed the motivational messages outside the rooms on ground floor - very interesting.

Rooms are nice size and the hotel is in a quiet location.

The hotel is far from train station and one has to take cab for 10 min to get to hotel. The hotel was closed when we got there at midnight and cab driver had to call the front desk twice to have someone open the door. The bathroom had glass door which is privacy issue for kids staying in the same room.

Asked for a double room to find we had to slide twin beds together-not comfortable. Poor quality room, no air conditioning and very basic.

Not the most inviting entrance to the hotel via a petrol station. We last stayed there 12 months ago when the hotel was very new and it had some teething problems and was also overpriced during the weekend we stayed. A year later there have been improvements. We had a slightly larger room and the price was more competitive. Modern furniture in room was of a high standard. Unfortunately, no safe or coffee making facilities and no instructions how to get an outside line. No restaurant but food in petrol station. Signage in the free car park is an improvement. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast.

A new hotel with teething problems. As would be expected the room was modern and tastefully designed but extremely small. Suitcases had to be left on the floor as no wardrobe. No coffee making facilities, safe, fridge or telephone dial out procedures in the room. The location was behind a petrol and car service centre away from the town centre. Good points were that the breakfast was adequate, the wi-fi worked and there was free and secure car parking. For SF 200 a night (double) the hotel did not represent reasonable value.

Hotel ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls reichhaltig und vorzüglich. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Mein Aufenthalt dort beruhte auf einem Sportanlass am Sonntag in Matzingen.

Es war alles Sauber,freundlichen empfang errklärungen gut beschrieben.
