The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting.

Beautiful hotel

People were wonderful, I loved every one, they worked hard, The food was great, breakfast was delicious, wonderful, but would be great if they had a omelette station! problems with my bedding, terribly pillows, and mattresses, I don't understand they don't have vacuums, but everything looks good and clean!

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance, including gondola to the Christ statue. They also have an amazing buffet breakfast! Can't wait to stay here again.

O Palace Hotel é um marco em Poços de Caldas. O café da manhã estava delicioso e com muita variedade. A única ressalva eh que não eh um hotel que está atualizado e com uma decoração charmosa. Apesar disso, sempre que vamos a Poços eh aonde ficamos devido a sua localização e a tradição.

This property was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and it delivered exactly what it promised. My only shock was - the rooms did not have any AC due to the historic nature of the building but thankfully the fan that was provided was sufficient for the room. Overall I will visit this hotel again!

Beautiful place

The hotel was situated in the heart of town. Easy access to downtown.Great views from the balcony.The food was exceptional! The staff was curious and friendly with many of them speaking English.

The hotel is an icon of Pocos de Caldas. Outside and inside it is beautiful. Therefore it really is such a pity that the hotel was disappointing. The rooms are OK - but probably in need of modernisation. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in the city. Service is a serious issue - some staff are great but others appeared to have a bad attitude - one even swore. Another issue with the hotel is the way it seems to make simple things difficult with lots of bureaucracy - at times it is painful. Bureaucracy is a fact of life in Brazil - but there were instances where the hotel took it to a new level. If the hotel improved its service it would make a huge difference because it truly is iconic and mostly beautiful

Ótimo atendimento de toda equipe do Palace Hotel, banho maravilhoso com água sulfurosa no banheiro privado do quarto, piscina , ótimo espaço de até comum e lazer , muito bom mesmo

As it is a city heritage, I understand that it is an old building. I even like it. But it's expensive, unkempt and dirty. The shower was disgusting, the tiles never get clean. I will never recommend this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance to shops. Loved the breakfast. Room was nice. The hotel itself needs a lot of renovation. We used the pool, but there was a lot of noise from renovation, not very relaxing. It has seen better days.

The walls are tgen snd you csn hesr everything. Older crowd do does stay quiet at night. Breakfast is A-mazing

Local excelente, na praça principal, ótimo custo benefício, a parte ruim é que a rua muito estreita e não tem estacionamento.

The place is wonderful and the staff are helpful. I just noticed a few problems: the TV wasn’t working, the WIFI was really bad or not existing and there were no blankets in the room (the night was chilling).

The rooms are very outdated and dirty !The bathroom window is situated on the balcony of the adjacent room ,so the person from next door room can looks inside your bathroom (umbeliavable right?Our flight was delayed and i contacted Expedia to advise then we were going to check in one day later ,and the expedia agent spent over 28 minutes waiting then to pick up !There were always only one person on front desk to attend all guests !Every time you past in the reception you see a long line waiting !Too bad !There is a wonderful Hotel 2 blocks from this one and for less than $37 a day "Hotel Minas Gerais !We stayed in there for 22 days !

This was the worse experience that I ever had in my life,,, from start to finish… stay away from this place.. the staff are sooooo rude,, the place has molds everywhere… I don’t understand how they are open for business…. They MUST shut down….

Hotel muito mal cuidado, com paredes com mofo, descascando, carpete velho e todo manchado, com aspecto de sujo. O que se esperava do spa, a exceção da piscina, deixou a desejar. Kit de banheiros de mal gosto. Camas com Colchoes muito moles. Sem escrivaninha c altura suficiente para uso de computador
