Staff was genuinely kindl.

Good location. Stay made even better by the friendly and helpful receptionist who welcomed us to the property.

The receptionist manager was extremely accommodating and offered assistance whenever asked the grounds of the property are absolutely beautiful. It’s like being in your own little magical garden. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, but I would recommend some small changes to the menu overall I enjoyed the breakfast, but the three ladies I was with did not. The hotel was charming and very well managed. I would stay there without any hesitation again.

Good location and very clean rooms.we were suprised by a very loud alarm that went off early in the morning without much explanation from the hotel/we were told soemone was having a hot shower when we called reception which we needed to call on mobile because the phone in room didn't work. Overall it was a comfortable room and friendly stay but perhaps a bit overpriced for the size of room and things like the alarm going off and loud slamming of doors early in morning.

I booked My room via Expedia when i got To the hotel i was Told there where no rooms available. I said Haven’t received my refund since April 12th

Very nice rooms and pool was perfect amenity if you have small kids to relax. Break buffet was nice but missing some items like bowls and spoons during busy periods. The staff were great though

Claire at reception is so lovely and welcoming. All the staff are. Hotel is perfectly located, decent sized room for Paris, with all the conveniences you’d need. We will definitely stay again

The lovliest hotel in the perfect area. Such a lovely, modern and clean hotel in a perfect location to explore magical Paris. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were so cosy, clean and everything you need. Surrounded by boulangeries, good coffee, restaurants and a weekend market it felt very Parisian! Can’t wait to return already

What a great gem This hotel is centrally situated in Paris It’s in a residential area so not crazy with noise yet there are stores and restaurants around A short walk across the street and you find delicious pastries The room and bedding are very comfortable and the spa is a plus I can’t say enough about the staff

We really enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. We were greeted by welcoming and lovely staff. This hotel is near to great public transport links to central part of the city and also surrounding areas where there are things to see. Would definitely come back again on my next trip to Paris.

Second time staying in this hotel. The staff is excellent, so pleasant and helpful. The rooms sre on the small side, however very clean, bedding is excellent and we booked a room with small terrace that makes up for smaller room. So convenient, with huge variety of cafes, shopping all within 1 minute walk. At night it is extremely quiet which is a huge plus. Easy to get around. Love the private pool and steam room. You must book ahead to use these facilities. Will return and definitely recommend.
