Air Conditioning Problems. I couldn't adjust the settings myself, even the technician couldn't adjust them (the settings were given by someone). When I checked in at 2 PM, the temperature was set at 20 DC, and after Maghrib, it automatically changed to 25 DC. From morning until I checked out at 12 PM, the AC was at 26 DC. I was soaked with sweat...

The room is spacious, and the hotel is easily accessible by car. There's a bathtub, too. The only downsides are the lack of a smart TV and the lack of a water heater in the room. But other than that, everything is fine.

The hotel is comfortable and surrounded by trees, as it's located in the middle of a golf course. It's a very pleasant stay, but some of the damage should be repaired immediately to prevent the hotel from appearing "unkempt."

It's good, but there are still 2 complaints: 1. There's still dust on the sides of the bed and the sides of the painting. 2. The outdoor AC is noisy and makes a buzzing sound, but it can only be heard in every corner of the room, which is quite disturbing when sleeping.

The hotel offers good service, spacious rooms, and many foreigners, especially Japanese and Chinese, likely staying long-term due to its proximity to KIIC. A suggestion: some areas need to be polished so they don't feel like an apartment but rather like a hotel.

The room was dirty, the sheets hadn't been changed, and it smelled like sweat. The bathroom reeked of urine, and the room was stuffy, damp, and smelly. In the morning, the floor was wet, as if flooded, due to dew, poor air conditioning, and poor air circulation. Breakfast was mediocre, like reheated dinner. It was truly unfriendly.
