All were nice ,clean and very comfortable...the BIGGEST PROBLEM was the POOR WIVFI connectionband internet...I had to pay out of place cket for data and use my HOTSPOT on my phone to he able to fo my work.. VERY VERY frustrating and irritating...PLEASE UPGRADE or get other service provider....not a pleasent experience

Its a place I'd recommend for relaxation and just to unwind with some family and friends

The staff were all very polite and friendly!! The Room was clean and luxurious. Very comfortable stay, would definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Port Elizabeth!

The managers were great. The mouldy shower and bath area was what we found offputting

I would recommend staying here whilst in town. A good night of sleep is guaranteed!

Overall excellent, except for slight snag on checking in when we were told about a key deposit of R1000- despite having queried any additional costs on booking, this was never mentioned.

Room was nice but we had a few hiccups- room wasn’t ready on arrival and there was a rowdy family next door to our unit which made sleep difficult- otherwise pleasant

Our stay was amazing and place is to die for . We will visit the place again. We all felt safe.

We recieved a warm welcome from the staff. Rooms perfect for family up to 5 people. Kitchen, swimming pools. Hotel is well situated near the airport. Not a lot of places to eat nearby however we recommend it. Very safe and secure place to stay. We travel a lot and it was a pleasant place.

Really pleasant lodge, food was breakfast and dinner, which was a life saver due to me being down for work. Staff were so helpful, really a reflection of the surrounding area and culture.

It was not what I expected, nor did I get the room I had booked. The reception we received was very bad. We arrived at 12h00 instead of 14h00 after having landed at the PE airport at 08h30. The lady who opened for us gave us a lecture on the check in and check out times. She was also very condescending and patronising needless to say that she did not help us in spite of the cold and wet weather on that day. Will never set my foot there again.

Its not far from the beach, driving. It's easy to find it. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and they have everything u need for a night. The staff is friendly and they waited for us to come and check in and we checked in late around 7pm.

We stayed for 4 days at AA Guesthouse. On arrival, I was concerned as the hotel was undergoing renovations and first impressions were not great. We were however received by the friendly staff (despite being late at night)and accommodated in the family suite at no additional cost. The suite is next to the indoor pool and is maybe less private, than I like personally. Our booked room was ready the second day. This room is very comfortable, clean and airy, with very good bedding. The bathroom is spacious and also offers a shower. Everything was fresh and clean. The little balcony was a good spot for our morning coffee from the well stocked kitchenette. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend AA Guesthouse to friends and family.

It was a one day stay but the experience was fantastic. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to anyone
