I'm claustrophobic. Took 4 bedded bunked bed. Tiny spaces to move around the room. so i slept with the curtain draw to the side to have air. But if you don't mind that, it's not that bad. bed are comfortable and sheets are clean. you have power socket. I didn't realized people who choose the upper bunked bed, the lights are directly above them, so when I switched the light to get ready, my roommate was unhappy. I would too. so had to get ready in the dark. I would say people are generally nice, they have too :). breakfast is not bad. I was from Jeju and Busan, so didn't expect my room to be so tiny. But I still enjoy my trip. Didn't get to say goodbye to the owner.

Hostel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The place is clean and the bed is comfortable.

This hostel is one of the warmest hostel I have ever been. The staff are so friendly and they are volunteers from around the world so it is very interesting to share stories with them. On my last day, I was just waiting for my flight and killed thee time for 1 hour at the hotel, but the owner of the hostel offered me some Korean homemade meal for lunch. She was so sweet!

The receptionist is very helpful. It's very comfortable, being the best hostel I've ever seen on my trips. I will book this hostel if I come to Itaewon again.
