Lovely place to stay

Our new car was damaged in the valet garage. Hotel manager was nice and accommodating.

I stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn for a graduation event and chose to book a hotel for convenience. Upon entering my room, I found it to be satisfactory but a bit dated. However, I noticed that there were no towels or washcloths available. I called the front desk four times about this issue, but eventually had to go downstairs, where I was informed that the delivery had not arrived at the property. This situation was quite disappointing.

Very clean rooms (booked 2) and comfortable beds/pillows. However, they should consider replacing the platform of the beds. We bumped our shins numerous times on the edges. Also they should provide face/hand towels for their guests. There were none.

It was fine, a bit run down. Not enough towels. Good location.

As a regular customer was not upgraded to a better room as usual. Furniture is in poor condition no hot water was available no enough towels were placed

Didn't have the right amount of towels in the tool and only 2 out of 5 lights worked in the room. Need better sources for that room.

Courteous, friendly and helpful front desk staff but housekeeping needs improvements.

Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Hotel conveniently located near several subway stations is a big plus and restaurants too but Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. Lack of towels, wash cloths, asking for soap, toliet paper the basics should have been covered.

I cannot say there was too much to like about this property. I don't think I will suggest it to any of my family and friends. It was old not very clean. My younger sister also had a reservation at that same property. Yhey took hrr to three rooms , amd according to my sister? They all smelled like urine. Sha had to close her credit card so she could find different accommodations for hrr and jer ga.ily.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. In close proximity to everything I need to be near.

My husband n I stayed there for a lil Mother’s Day relaxation and to attend a party. There was one towel in the room n it had hair on it. I called for towels twice to be told on the 3rd try there weren’t any available. So I couldn’t shower before my event, they did drop off 2 towels,no hand towels no wash clothes while I was gone. Pool also didn’t have towels my husband & I shared one. My suggestion is to bring your own towels n wash clothes if you book a stay here.

Great location which is just a few minutes walk to the subways and restaurants. Negative: l did not like that you don't need a room key to access the elevators, so anyone can walk in and head upstairs.

Good staff but the property needs updating. Sauna out of order, no towels near pool and some room furnishing way past replacement time. The attached dinner was really nice with a large menu and good people.

The hotel is in a great location close to the Fulton Street Mall, Barclays Center, and the subway. However, the hotel charges $150 for accidentals, did not have any washcloths only towels, and the room was not very clean. The lobby of the hotel is modern but the actually floors of the hotel are not. For this to be a Holiday Inn in New York City, it needs to be upgraded. I stayed only 2 nights but could have been better.
