This is a rural area, we had ocean view. We heard the cockrell every morning amongst the banana plantations. There is one local supermarket down the road and 2 local village bars. Underground car park very convenient. A car is a must if staying at this locations. A very positive experience 😊

This property was a perfect location with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay.

The property was large and clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. The roof terrace had great views. Very good WiFi too

The room had a really weird smell when we got there. Like they were trying to hide a smoking odor with a lot of perfume. After we opened the windows it disappeared after a day and a half. The surroundings are really not interesting. If you want to stay somewhere, better off go to

Very nice apartment in an excellent village with wonderful views of the ocean and the lush mountains.

Super Lage zum Teno-Gebirge, die Wohnung sehr groß und sauber. Das Gebäude ist allerdings sehr hellhörig, sämtliches Stühlrücken oder Türengeschlage klang wie direkt neben einem selbst. Kinder rennen oftmals lautstark, auch nachts, die Flure entlang. Super ist die hauseigene Tiefgarage, allerdings Bedarf das öffnen der Türe viel Übung und Liebe. :-)

Muy buen estado en general salvo con algunas cuestiones a mejorar como agua y detergente de cortesía. La bañera tenía moho y sería aconsejable una cortina para que el agua no se salga. El termo se queda corto para 4 personas. Por lo demás, muy recomendable. Muy silencioso y limpio. Muy agradecidos y buen precio

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana ed è stato tutto meraviglioso. Comodo per visitare diverse località della zona, per chi, come noi piace la tranquillità é stato eccellente. L’ambiente è super confortevole e garantisce un relax assoluto, con una vista stupenda sul mare e sulle montagne.Bella struttura appena ristrutturata e pulita con tutto l’occorrente anche x cucinare. Ho trovato anche il detersivo per i piatti, il sapone liquido lavamani , il bagnoschiuma, il phon, il ferro da stiro e l'asse. Nel piano di soppra, oltre all'angolo lettura, terrazzo con lettini per prendere il sole e rilassarci c'è anche la lavanderia con lavatrici e stenditoi. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere personalmente Mr. Jorge, ma ci ha seguito tramite WhatsApp ed è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Comodo il parcheggio, sotterraneo. Speriamo di tornarci presto.

Hola buenas tardes Nosotros no pudimos ni disfrutar de la estancia ya pagada anteriormente. Llegamos el día 31de diciembre al alojamiento y no había nadie para recibirnos. Ningun agente de ustedes se preocupó de que nosotros llegaramos. Ese dinero que pagamos y no disfrutamos como lo gestionamos?

We had a lovely time in the apartment. The rooms are big and everything you want is there. Complete kitchen. The views are great and the situation is quiet.

Sehr ruhiges sauberes Haus mit sehr schönem Ausblick , gute Lage und Verbindung.

Lieblose, kalte Wohnung mit extrem unbequemen Matratzen. Das warme Wasser ist nach ca. 5 Minuten aufgebraucht. Das Servicepersonal konnte dies allerdings nicht beheben. Die Wohnung war bis auf das WC sehr sauber und das Gebäude in einem sehr guten, modernen Zustand. Der Empfang war freundlich und herzlich, obwohl man vor der Ankunft mehrmals telefonisch und per Email kontaktiert worden ist, trotz Antwort.
