The room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom & the bathroom door was not closing

The ice machine was not working and we could not get it delivered to the room

I had been to the Peermont once before and had a very bad experience. I did not plan to go back but after reading the reviews it seems things have gotten better. It’s difficult to find a good hotel in the area so I tried it again. My experience was mixed but certainly better than the last. I would call it average.

IT WAS GOOD

The guests were very noisy in the early hours of the morning, I assume they were returning from the Casino

It was a good stay after a long day with relaxations options available

The staff at this hotel are all wonderful, from the front desk, house keeping and the buffet restaurant, they go out of theya way to make one feel so comfortable. The food oh my, was very neat, clean and very delicious. By the time one checks out, the staff is like family

My stay was too brief to be able to provide a definitive experience; I arrived around 20h00 and departed around 06h00 the following day. I plan to be back for at least a weekend in the near future.
