Stayed in the glamping tent it was so nice ! Beds comfy, it had everything you could need. The camp site was stunning in the forest with the beach opposite. Definitely recommend.

Amazing tent setup, wheelchair accessible on the inside (getting up to the tent, a ramp would be helpful for future visits or for more guests with disabilities). Location is amazing with ramp down to a small beach area. Felt like a true “glamping” experience and wildlife around the camp area. Private enough but still feel like you are apart of the camp community. Would highly recommend

Glamping tent was beautiful. The bed was amazing. Everything was excellent. Only downside was no TV. But it gave us the chance to do other things. We just missed wtachibg the nightly news or family nighttime movies.

Beautiful, unique spot and comfortable room that was well equipped. After hours check in was stressful when I had no (Telstra) signal to call management to help with check in. I had to borrow a phone to make a call. I don't know what I would have done to check in without a helpful stranger. Staff were very helpful though, so it's a glitch in the systerm. Messaging details earlier may have helped this.

Pleasantly surprised- cabin 7 was a 2 bedroom fully self contained tiny house. Even had a bbq on verandah. Definitely value for money. Clean and tidy with extra blankets in cupboards. I personally found the bed a bit hard but that is probably just me. Advertised as beach /ocean views but more accurately described as glimpses of water through thick trees and undergrowth. We chose this accommodation from a very limited list. The Coalmine area was enroute for us and not a planned destination. Limited eating out options. The BP servo had a surprising good range of prepared meals for eat in or takeaway (not just burgers, full meals.) we didn’t realise that there was a tavern just out of town so ended up grabbing some Indian food from the motel in town. We would recommend either the tavern or BP servo for meals.

Very informative check in with a great glamping experience. Great to try in a well appointed large tent, plus the camp kitchen and wood fire is well appointed

Accommodation was very unique and cozy. There was a small water leak in the eco-tent that didn't cause us any direct issues, but as it was a very rainy and windy night we were aware of it. Also the pictures on the website appeared to indicate bunk beds for the kids room, but when we got there they were 2 singles (which caused our 7 & 9yr old some disappointment). Lastly, and this is nothing on the part of the Holiday Park, but it was soo windy the night we stayed and 3/4 of us were up half the night due to the blowing in/out of the sides of the tent due to the wind and the metal awnings creaking as the wind changed direction frequently. Any other night would've been absolutely fine, so it was just timing/luck really - but the tent was cool, a great unique idea and we enjoyed it!

We stayed in an eco tent with our children. It was cosy and very comfortable. The park grounds were well maintained, and the location was perfect for our little adventurers. We would definitely stay here again, and will be recommending to ours friends.

Limited dining & shopping options, but we came for the glamping experience and cooler weather which we definitely received, cold night during summer was great. Friendly staff & kids enjoyed it too!

Was a cabin with ensuite. Very neat and tidy. Very comfortable bed, T.V was hard to connect to internet but I think that'll the universe telling us to disconnect from devices and connect to the beautiful surroundings. The shower head needs to be changed in unit 9, as the flow was terrible. Grateful some water but temperatures were up and down with the hot and cold so just food for thought. Friendly staff. Just a suggestion, I feel some directional tape on the floors would benefit someone who is visually impaired or blind. That way they could feel their way around the cabin without having to use their cane, just a bit more freedom for them. All in all though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Coal mine beach caravan park is a wonderful place to stay. We were in a cabin but if you are thinking of caravanning or tenting, all the bays are covered by trees. The park is very quiet at night. It also close to many attractions.
