The hotel staff is friendly, it's a shame it's hard to get in the car

Strategic location, but if you drive, the space is narrow. The staff is excellent. The food is quite good and varied.

There was something about this hotel that made it feel like home. From the convenient location to the beach, to the amenities, and to the friendly staff, my husband and our son had an amazing time there. My husband even lost his AirPods after he checked out, and the hotel still sent him an email after they had found it in the room. This hotel has integrity, top service, amazing food, and amazing vibes. We will be back again soon.

The lighting in the room was poor, making it feel dim. It would be nice to have brighter lighting, or even dimmable lamps. The swimming pool was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a Jacuzzi. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast, and the menu was extensive and delicious. By the way, there were some foreign tourists who smoked, but I don't know if the hotel policy allows smoking.

5 hari 4 malam di four points by sheraton. saya mau menuliskan review saya secara jujur.. 1. proses check in sangat cepat. ms niken sangat helpfull. dapat eskrim ketika baru datang. keren. 2. kamarnya bersih wangi dan 2 Full bed yang ukuran 120 which is BIG utk ber 4. air panas kenceng,smart tv dengan netflix dan banyak channel. 3. WIFI SUPER CEPET 4. sarapannya variasi nya banyak dan SO GOOD. nasi goreng nya juara oh my god.. india station nya super delissh, dan yang paling penting THEIR HOSPITALITY. mind blowing.. sampe terharu karna kita sangat di hargai. 5. kami check out jam 4 pagi dan mereka dengan sangat detail dan sangat concern mengenai take away box sarapan kami. malah di lebihkan. nasi goreng dan sandwichnya serta buah buah sangat membantu kami mengisi perut di jalan menuju gilimanuk. 6. special thank you buat mr parta, mr joe, ms sovie, ms vanes dan ms niken serta ALL THE STAFF yang selalu cepat gesit dan ramah dalam melayani. 7. LAST but not least. we will come back to four points if we go to Bali.. thank youuuu

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room is spacious and comfortable, but the floor cleanliness needs to be improved (also for the bathroom area). The floor was a bit sticky. Breakfast needs to be improved because I think the breakfast tasted better in previous years.

The bed is okay, big. But the floor of the room, even though it has been cleaned, still feels oily. The bathroom is okay, but the handle on the shower seems to need rejuvenation. If you don't hold it or touch it, it will come off by itself 🥲 There are many variations for breakfast and all the staff are friendly, standard Marriott Bonvoy 😂 Access to the hotel makes you lazy if you use a car. The alley is narrow, it's hard to get in and out. You have to be a real expert driver

This hotel provides a very good experience. Staffs are very friendly and have very good knowledge about Bali's leisure. Definitely visit again for the next trip! Foods are awesome. Staffs are very friendly. Outstanding pool and kids area.

Everything is good, service, cleanliness

Having a good experience staying here. Clean and comfy for the room. Great hospitality for all staff. So many various and looks good for the breakfast 👍 Near to Kuta Beach and Legian Beach, too.

Rama & Satya genuinely greet and welcome us with their warm smile. They assisted us with our boxes of hydrathera as well as always had a nice chat about that day during our 5 days of stay. I like the room and hotel ambiance, the in-room dining truly delicious (we had sop buntut and pizza). It came to our room in warm condition and served well by the server. Can't wait to stay again in Four Points Kuta!

The staff is very cooperative and helpful, especially the concierge/bell boy in front who is quick to help carry things. Cleanliness is ok, food is super ok for a 4-star class (we were in a 5-star hotel where the food was not as fancy as here). Only for online taxi access is inadequate, because it is only one way. But it can be reached on foot. Thank you fp kuta ❤.

The road to the hotel is narrow, a bit of a walk to the beachwalk.

Honestly I really love this hotel. The staffs were all so amazingly friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and well designed. The twin bed was huge. Pool was amazing. They have hot water jacuzzi in the middle of the pool. The location was great also. Near to many places. Next if I'm staying here it would be better for me not to rent a car. Thank you for the great services, we will be back.

Proses check in yang cepat, pelayanan yang ramah, thanks to Ms. Niken (Supervisor) yang di receptionist yang sudah melayani kami dengan sangat baik dari waktu kami check in sampai check out. Ms. Niken orangnya asik banget friendly and helpful. Secara keseluruhan staff di Four Points ramah dan sangat memperhatikan tamu-tamunya. Pada waktu breakfast, ada satu staff saya lupa namanya, beliau care sama kami. Waktu breakfast, beliau mendatangi meja kami untuk menanyakan bagaimana breakfastnya, apa ada yang bisa di bantu, dan beliau info klu restauran menyediakan kopi jadi klu mau ngopi bisa pesan langsung. Untuk kamar, puas banget kamarnya nyaman, bersih dan luas, channel TVnya banyak. Di kamar di sediakan 4 botol air minum, klu hotel-hotel lain biasanya di sediakan cuma 2 botol. Kami memesan kamar yang menghadap ke lagoon view (kamar 209 dan 207). Pada saat kami menunggu staff hotel mengambilkan kendaraan yang kami valet, ada salah satu staff yang bertugas di sana orangnya ramah dan sangat membantu. Sayang banget saya lupa namanya, beliau berbadan besar. Thanks to Four Points Hotel, surely we'll be back again.
