The hotel is out of business people! Stay out! Idk why they still open for booking. I arrived then I saw the sign ‘out of business’ so I went to the restaurant across the street. one of the staff bring me to another hotel which I’m not happy with it, but I’m stuck here because I can’t get a refund. The other hotel was ok but the price is cheaper than the price I actually booked. Di Pantai is not ok. Trust me. Don’t stay here.

Great place, room and services

The first night arrived, the air-conditioned room wasn't cold, then changed the room for Move to a new room The air conditioner is frozen. Flowing water is a waterfall When informing the staff Told him to check After returning to sleep for another night The air conditioner was still not cold and the water flow was the same. The next morning was notified but the service staff was terrible. Please improve the service with P.S. For 6 nights, no nights will be ok.

Not bad, the rooms are quite large. Nothing special. The scenery is quite beautiful. It's just needing to walk about 20-30 minutes to Patong Beach. AC rooms are less cold. Overall 7.5 / 10

The most satisfying hotel we encounter in Thailand. Room was spacious, staff was very friendly and helpful.. Room was clean, I strongly recommend. Good food, nice pool, great value for money.

The hotel's room was great, large & clean. The hotel's staff very kind and some much help our needs & information. The greatest is the restaurant (across the hotel & sea side). Very nice place to have eat and the food was very tasty & delicious. The owner of restaurant was very friendly.

The hotel view is quite nice, the room is super clean. However during my stay, in the morning before check-out around 8 am the water supply has been stop. I have to make a call from reception around 3 time only they sent somebody to solve it. Around 10 am water supply back however its very yellowish. I have let the water flow for about 45 minutes but the water still has not clear from the yellowish color. I have called the reception but still nothing has ever change. Their service is worst ever I have experience. The food serve is not that good.

No more food for breakfast, they should provide more kinds of food and fruits that the guest can select to fresh up on the morning time.
