The room is clean, spacious, lovely, not far away.

I extended my stay as satisfied with the room comfort and overall facilities. However, unbelievable that housekeeping problem still remained. The day I did not go out and asked just to change towels and fill up drinking water, I expected it to be done right away, not over one full hour later! On the contrary, they knocked on the door when I was still getting dressed the next day. In fact, I like this place both the room and location in the city centre which is quite convenient, but they should manage in priority their daily housekeeping properly! Probably it was caused by insufficient staff!

The room was not so spacious, but quite comfortable with small sitting area and kitchenette. My major problem turned out to be daily housekeeping, the room had not been cleaned up when I was back after 17.00 on 2nd day of my check-in, and also 14.00 on following day, twice in a roll, despite my personal request before going out! When I suggested the girl at front counter to provide the signs do not disturb / make the room for guests to hang on the door, surprisingly she never knew about it!

The room is cool and airy, but when we turn on the hot water, it becomes cold water itself and it needs to be shut down and adjusted all the time. The wait staff was very helpful.
