Very comfortable and convenient for all local attractions

Great hotel for a great price. Perfect place to stop over for a night on the way to Paris. Simple but clean and very convenient.

Good instructions for getting the key out of reception hours.

The hotel is well placed so it's 1 minute off of the main highway into Barcelona, and into Spain from Europe/Eurotunnel coming from UK into Spain. So that was good if you want to enter and exit quickly the next morning. We were very unhappy to find the hotel extremely warm inside, and to enter our room to find the air conditioning promised, not working in the whole hotel, after letting the receptionist know, she said OK, and then never said anything again until we had to mention it again a few hours later. She then went on to tell us, that if they wanted to turn the air conditioning on they would have to turn the heat off in the whole hotel.. this was beginning of June in the south of France.. We quickly asked for a refund as we only decided to stay here for the comfort of air conditioning. Which they refused until we really had to argue with them. I do not recommend.

It was a pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about.

Arrived late, after we sorted the after hours check in we went to our rooms, one room was fine however one room was visibly dirty and not prepared - even the toilet was used and not flushed, towels thrown on the floor, bed slept in - not good !!! We did however manage to track down a member of staff, she arranged another alternative room which was clean.

Food on your doorstep

Simple, clean & comfortable accommodation on edge of the city. Easy to drive into Pezenas & park in the evening. Lovely receptionists, very helpful, spoke excellent English.

Excellent clean convenient location for our road trip

Just as you would expect from a B&B. However the manager was very accommodating to us when we arrived late for breakfast due to a mix-up with the time zone. Excellent restaurant just across the way.

At end of an industrial estate on edge of town. Cheap, basic but convenient for an overnight stay. The big disadvantage was only one restaurant near hotel, called L'essentiel, and it was quite expensive, several dishes off the menu, no discount for hotel guests and the worst food we ate all holiday. Pezenas a gem however, not to be missed.

We were allocated a disable access room and informed by reception staff to be careful of the shower and overflow of water. After having a shower we discovered that the problem was bad tiling that allowed water to flow towards the door, away from the drain. The room flooded very quickly but the hotel provides an in room squidgy to push the water towards the drain...while you shower. When we returned from dinner the room stunk of sewerage, the stench was coming from the bathroom but remained all night. Some B&B hotels are great, this one was below standard and I will not take any more risks staying at this chain of hotels in the future.

Poor welcome receptionist not particularly friendly. Even less so when I asked for extra pillows and a hair dryer. Discovered hair dryer had a damaged flex but the same guy didn't seem particularly concerned. No soap in the bathroom didn't complain the first night as we had some of our own and fully anticipated it would be replenished the next morning but it wasn't until I asked the following evening. Otherwise a perfectly acceptable lodge accomodation.

Nice stop over en route to Spain. Extremely comfortable bed and good, basic breakfast. Friendly staff. Sunday stop over, so limited eating in the evening, but found somewhere about 5 mins drive away.

Stayed at this hotel enroute from UK to Southern Spain. Very functional for a one night stay.

My son and I stayed here as it was very reasonably priced. We were visiting family. Hotel was really good, but out of the way of the main town of Pezanas. We did not mind as we enjoy walking, but the busy road into town did not have any pavements, so had to be careful of traffic.
