Room is very spacious for 6 of us. Very comfortable stay. Only inconvenience is to climb the stairs to get to the room. Food is good.

Great for family roadtrip travel as it comes with a garage right infront of your room. There is no lift but all rooms are at level 2.

When l checked in Staff whose weir coming us very polite and friendly , The breakfast is very fresh and delicious , Mrs Chan sung yan doing very well

The address on the website is not correct. We had great difficulty to get the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly

煙味蠻重的

So ein cooles und stylisches Motel! Alles ist gut durchdacht. Wir waren super happy hier!

房間有怪味，然後聽得到外面馬路車子的聲音

有暖氣，挺好的。

路過的大車很多會比較吵，房內有耳塞，早餐很棒，地板清潔要加強

空間寬敞，適合家庭，臥床是舒適的。

禁菸房有菸味

早餐非常好，房間一般，電視喇叭壞掉

離馬路的窗戶沒有氣密窗，整個晚上都聽得到車聲，但價錢非常平價!

除衣櫃平面和地板部分灰塵外，其餘設備、環景整體都很不錯👍

房間在三樓拿行李很費力！

晚上8點後才能入住不太方便，房務人員很用心噴灑香氛劑，但還是會有煙味。房間跟浴室都很大很寬敞，床跟枕頭真的很舒適，一覺好眠😪 附贈的自助式早餐真的太好吃，現點現做的荷包蛋、蛋餅跟蘿蔔糕真的太貼心，早餐阿姨手藝跟熱情讓人一早就充滿活力😝 下次來新竹會願意再入住👍

基本上設備完善，住宿也算安靜。是新竹海線地區優質旅館。只是香水味稍重，需要打開窗戶通風。附近便利商店和全聯，小吃店也不少，晚餐不用擔心。
