Enjoyed the pool and dinner wish I could have stayed longer but flight home beckoned .will not hesitate to book again.

Centrally located in beach district with lots of restaurants, not too far from the airport. Just off the main road, so nice and quiet.

Awesome stay! We got free airport transfer inclusive in our room rate might be due to low season. Room is clean and everything were great! Excellent fine dining standard breakfast. Started with croissant, slice chocolate cake, muffins followed by main course choose between western or Sri Lankan style then complete with fruits platter! Friendly staff!

Hotel was very nice, good location, staff were friendly but definitely it could have been cleaner. The ac started leaking after using it for few hours. It kept making horrible noise. Notified the staff but nothing happened.

The hotel has no proper lobby, Front desk don't seem interested to answer questions, floor was dirty in the room, room had no proper window, window was on walk way that has to remain close as people pass by. The rate charges for this is too high for low season which did not include breakfast. Also purchased food at the restaurant that was pricy for a hotel of this size and service

Small hotel with friendly staff, a great restaurant and tranquil outdoor space.

The staff were so helpful and cheerful. We ate dinner there and it was excellent.

Staff were freindly attentive and welcoming. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms could do with a better clean due to the mould in the shower and the dirt on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom locked itself several times snd staff had to unlock it.

Excellent friendly staff at the hotel. Upgraded my stay for Suite room I was over the moon. Really enjoyed staying at Pledge 3. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I will recommend to any one without any hesitation.

Clean comfortable hotel close to the airport, also close to many restaurants and bars. Hotel restaurant was good, we had dinner and breakfast and both meals very good

It was a charming little hotel made all the better by its wonderful staff who were so incredibly hospitable. We got upgraded to the suite which was glorious.

Located in Negombo - we chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the good food reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel was easy to find, check in was quick and the room was modern and clean. Good air conditioning and a fan for a quieter option. The only issue we had was locking the bedroom door - but that was soon figured out! We dined in the restaurant and found the food to be fresh, tasty and at a reasonable price. Seafood is the focus here - you will not find traditional Sri Lankan curries. Beers were cold and the service was great - I would definitely recommend. Although we did not use any of the other facilities, the pool area and seating looked modern, clean and like you could easily relax here. We used the free hotel shuttle to take us to the airport at 4am - which took under 15 minutes. Ideal for such an early morning flight. Normally they would allow 30 minutes.
