It was really fun, the staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere.

I like staying here because the breakfast has a lot of variety, including traditional East Javanese food, snacks, and drinks. However, yesterday the breakfast menu wasn't what it used to be. Also, as 9 am approached, the menu items that were running low or sold out weren't refilled. Hopefully, there will be improvements. Everything else was fine, great.

A pleasant experience at this hotel, when we first arrived we just grabbed the luggage and the staff immediately helped us lift and deliver our luggage. The front desk was friendly, the room facilities were amazing, the interior was aesthetic, and the balcony had a view of Malang city and the mountains. The pool was nice. I highly recommend staying here again.

Initially, I booked the wrong room, I wanted to upgrade to one with breakfast but it wasn't allowed.

If you're a mendang type, it's better to skip it. If you're looking for something worth it, choose Ijen Suites Resort. It's great, no complaints.
