Beautiful environment and property but the rooms were average and very motel-ish. Nothing in the area was open for food/ dining at 6 pm on a Saturday.

Facility is quite isolated, and the room are definitely not 3.5 stars as shown on booking sites. The view is amazing, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is very limited. There are limited dining options with 15 minutes of this hotel and everything including the minimarket closes at 8 pm.

Amazing views...Well water served in breakfast was too good.

This is a typical Best Western hotel. However the cost of it was to much for what you get. The setting was beautiful.

Would have been perfect but the hot tub was broken. Would stay again.

The resort itself is awesome with beautiful views and friendly staff. Short drive to the golf course which is also excellent with good food. The only issue is limited options for eating out, other than that it's a great place to unwind for a few nights.

The view was nice. The bathtub was dirty and had short black hair in it. Disgusting. I heard the heater from the room above all night. The continental breakfast was lame especially for the price of the rooms. I expected better..

A very beautiful setting next to a golf course looking out over the lake! Fabulous! This was our second visit and will likely return!

Noisy kids above us jumping around so sound proofing was the only poor thing I experienced. Made good use of the bbq and rooms are fairly new and clean had a great stay.

The cost is for high end hotel, but in really is high end motel. Pictures of the rooms are not correct, breakfast is really poor for such cost. In reality I would pay 100$ a night not 200$ or 300$.. No way that to cost over 300$ for nothing to do place. Very disappointed and for sure never will come back

Nice hotel that was not well marked in the main road. The computer systems were down at checkin and there was not front desk attendant around. Rooms are nice but very bright in the morning. The hot tub was small (6 person) which seemed small for a resort. The beds/ bedding were excellent and the AC units worked very well.

Friendly people at front desk. Thanks for the hospitality! The place is peaceful, quite, and safe. The guest building is on a hill side and has a lake view, enjoying morning coffee while watching ferry running in the lake with peaceful scenic view. Two to three minutes drive to ferry gate for free ride ferry to and from Kootenay! Love it. About ten minutes drive to Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort and east for enjoying hot spring water and hot springs cave. I will say this resort is worth to stay!
