The room was clean, tidy, and smelled nice. It had a relaxing street view. The staff were extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful when needed. The food was just right, with all the necessary types and suited my taste.

Room price is about 750k. Central location near Ben Thanh market with many dining services. Walking distance to Independence Palace, about 2km to Nha Rong Wharf. The bedroom is a bit small but clean, enough to use. Central location does not require large space for the price of 750k. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Another plus point is that the staff are very enthusiastic and cheerful!

The hotel is clean, the receptionists are cute and enthusiastic, the city center is convenient to go anywhere. Opposite there is cicle K too.

The hotel is in a good location, moving to restaurants and places to visit in Ho Chi Minh.

I have a great stay here. This hotel is very convenient location here I can walk to Ben Thanh market, Independence Palace. Opposite the hotel is a very good noodle shop, the hotel staff enthusiastically helped bring items to the room. Next time I come back to Ho Chi Minh

I left my laptop on the lobby staff. I was already half-way to the airport when I realized I forgot to get my laptop back. so I had to turn back... bottom line I missed my flight. next time, I hope the staff will be alert to remind their guests.

Big room but aircon has a weird smell.

The hotel is clean, the facilities are complete (TV, AC, Wifi, fridge, heater for drinks, bathroom water & hot cold sink, towels are changed every day and the room is cleaned. It is also strategically located near markets, malls and Malay villages to find halal food The hotel also explained the foods that can be eaten for Moslem, if in doubt, just take fruits and drinks.

It is my 2nd time in HCM for 6D5N. Before booking this hotel for the 1st time, I did my research and read about this highly rated hotel with numerous positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed and am impressed when I arrived in this hotel. It was as all past reviews has mentioned... Excellent cleanliness, location, service, and meals. 10/10 for me. There are a few things to note though -  Bed - As an Asian myself, I am used to hard mattress bed as is most hotels in South East Asia. The beds here are generally harder than usual. If bed is a factor, please do reconsider. Room - There are a few rooms that faces the road. The road is bustling with heavy traffic and endless horning from morning till night. I booked the room facing the road for the view, and am generally unaffected by the traffic and horning sounds. If noise is a factor, you may reconsider getting rooms that are in the middle of the hotel which are quieter. Do note that the cheaper rooms do not have windows, so please select your room type carefully. Security - Doors are equipped with electronic card scanners and there are additional lock features once in the room. It is a trustworthy and safe place. Before cleaning up the room, they will ring the bell and knock on the door before entering. Do note there are NO safe in the room. So for your valuables and passport, you may wish to bring it with you or lock it in a section of your luggage. Tours - There are a few tour catalogues available at reception should you wish to have a full/half day tour at competitive prices. Once the relevant package is chosen, they will call the respective tour agency on your behalf and the respective transport will arrive to pick you up. The tour agency linked to them are good and satisfactory so do not be worried about going on a shady tour.
