The rug and floor in the room was dirty. The toilet ran all night if you didn’t lift the tank and fix it.

Tv screen was broken. But room was tidy, smells nice and beds were comfy. Not a bad little spot for price

The room was newer and clean. I have to say I was just a little bit disappointed there was no coffee maker in the room but I’d stay there again.

No one was here for check in. You had to phone a number we tried twice. No answer after about 10 min they phoned and said we could pick up a door key in an open room in a drawer. Then in the room the chain lock was broken. No coffee pot not even any glasses. I do not recommend this place

not a good value for the cost

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We stayed on the second floor and the room had everything we needed. Happy that there were outlets right beside the beds. Air con was easy to use. Enough towels and toiletries were provided. We would happily stay again.

Great stay

For the cost it was a great stay. Staff was super friendly. The bed was very firm which could be an issue for some. The soap in the bathroom was very watered down and the shower didn't get very hot. Plus the towels provided were tiny. Bathroom could have been cleaned better there were hairs everywhere. Over all it was a nice cute room.

Had what we needed during a busy weekend. Nothing flashy but clean.

The website clearly states that there is a free continental breakfast and Wi-Fi. Upon checking in, I was informed that there is no continental breakfast and that the Wi-Fi is not working and we had to use our own hotspot. Despite me stating how many people were checking in when booking, there were not enough towels or pillows. There was mold all over the bottom of shower curtain. I had requested a cot or rollout bed, and was informed that they did not have this upon check in & one of my children had to sleep on the floor because of this.The outside area was very unkempt. There was a bench outside our room that was broken & could not even be sat in. When we entered the room, it smelled so strongly of air freshener/cleaning products. We had to leave the door and windows open for quite a while to air it out. I am requesting that I get a refund or a partial refund as this hotel did not hold up to what their website states.

This is not the place you choose to start at. It’s the place you end up starting at when everything else is booked.

No internet. TV did not work properly. No drinking glasses of any kind. No coffee. Bed was not bad - just a bit hard. Receptionist had music on so loud we could hardly hear. Charged us 170.00 because there was an event going on in Camrose. Worth about 50.00 a night. Office was not open at 7:00 a.m.

Stay was excellent, staff was nice and room was very clean.

It’s old but it was clean and quiet. We felt safe and the room was mostly redone and very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating to our random travel schedule. Would stay again for that great price!

No wifi that works consistently, place is dirty , they use paddle locks for doors as keys don’t work ( you could be trapped in your room during a fire ) they are too busy with their screaming kids to be helpful, owner needs to fix just about everything!! It’s bad

Hair still in the shower from the last guest My room key also opened another guests door which I thought was my room by accident as well as my own room.
