Staff was very helpful

Room was lovely and spacious, balcony overlooking the street was a nice surprise and the shower was nice and powerful!

The hotel is beautiful however the area is not as safe feeling as other areas in Athens.

The hotel is not far from the port - 15 minutes walk-but you still need a taxi to get to the major passenger cruise line (like Holland America, etc) as the port is huge. Rooms are very clean, and it is in a quiet area. Metro is close by - maybe 7 min walk. The best thing about the hotel is front desk staff of the hotel. They are extremely helpful in everything - like how to buy bus tickets in Athens and with many other "dumb tourist" questions. They are trying to help far and beyond! Great job!

An ideal hotel for stop over before cruising from port

This was a nice clean comfortable accommodation for our 1 night stay upon arrival after a 10 hour flight. Walking distance to Port (15 mins) to catch our ferry to Milos the next morning.

Quick one night stay - early rise for catching a ferry. 10 minute walk to port.

Washroom size you can hardly move around specially standing shower also the staff was very rude not friendly if you ask something they angry one day in breakfast we ask there is no ketchup just say its finished nothing in stock never book again sorry.

When I sat down on the sofa bed, it sunk in the middle and made squeaky noises whenever I was on and off of the bed.

Staff are amazing

Lia was wonderful and very helpful. The man that was the night staff was rude. He would not allow us to sit in the bar area to eat. Hr complained about the smell of our food while we were waiting for the rest of it to be delivered. He even told us we could not sit at the table outside and eat. We only had 2 chairs on our balcony snd did not want to sit on our beds to eat. So we sat at the table outside anyways.
