Suppose I pay for family room but get small room.. Advertising picture have bathtub but I get no bathtub.. smelly room.. very disappointed

Not recommended to stay at 2 floor. Bad in shower and ironing plat in poor condition.last when I check in the staff request Rm50 for deposit for key. In apps I don't see the deposit Rm50.
