Great place

Very clean and helpful staff,

Perfect location near many primary sites to see. Also, excellent eateries around including at the hotel and shopping very convenient.

Historic hotel in Old Town

The charm of this old historic building turned hotel is truly remarkable. There are so many good restaurants within 5 minutes walking so there's always a good food option just right around the corner. There was an instance where the electricity stopped working on my room, the staff were quickly able to get me switched into a new room and were helpful throughout the whole thing. Each room is slightly different than the other and it's really close to public transportation which takes you directly to the train station, or you can enjoy the wonderful city with a 10-15 minute walk.

Clean room and had everything i wanted and expected. Friendly staff team and perfect location. Quiet rooms so enjoyed a good night sleep. I have only 1 small issue which is the iron i was given to iron my work shirts was black which made it difficult to iron my shirts. Overall a excellent hotel.

Absolutely phenomenal service and gorgeous hotel. The location is excellent and the breakfast was great and the beds were beyond comfy!

Unique quirky little hotel

Great

We like this hotel a lot. It’s in the charming old city and the design is to our liking. We also like their common work/meeting spaces and make good use of them. Our “nit” this time is that upon arrival they checked us in to an inferior room (small, dark, broken shower, no robes). And while they switched us the next day, it was a hassle and they did not offer compensation for that first night (out of 4). This was disappointing especially as we’ve been repeat guests for many years. All in all, we still like this hotel a lot and would go back.

They were very professional in the services plus giving me information in city's attractions. Very convenient to the central train station.

Very good service and room size and location , it will be even better if the room has a fridge and 2 sitting chairs in stead of benchs

Wonderful stay

The rooms were tiny and mine had no view as it backed on to a wall. All windows were just a facade The lighting was terrible in the rooms but the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The pillows were excellent and it was lovely and warm. No coffee makers in room but free tea and coffee in reception all day and there’s a lovely little restaurant downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is historic and located perfectly to explore old town Zürich, great shopping and walks along the river. I would not stay there again but for a short stint if you wanted to be very local for walking through beautiful old town you’ll be fine.

old building. limited space in the hotel/room. no parking. no valet. very expensive for what it offers. Location is great. best side of the city. hotel does not have breakfast. you get to eat at a local cafe near by.
