Good ambience in pleasant surroundings, The room was adequate but small. At check in they could have offered a better room with additional cost for our decision. A room upgrade was not indicated on expedia site.

It was ok. 3 beds in the room. Carpet is bit dirty. Food was average.

The bed is no good as the mattress is hard. My wife and I cannot sleep until borrowing a quilt and put it on the top.

The c/p is good for me when they have some facility for little kids. Breakfirst is so so but fruit is good.

I am a middle-aged woman. When arrived, I took the luggages off the car myself. Between road and hotel platform there's few inches high of stair/gap, the door's staff did not help to pull the luggages up to the stairs nor bring into the hotel, he just stood and watching. The second day, when my Taiwan friend drove to the hotel, the staff not allowed him to wait in front of the hotel, I told him I am the hotel guest and my friend just stop to give me somethings, its take only few minutes, he ignored me and keep asking my friend to leave, with bad attitute. And at that time, no car was behind and the car was not blocking the way. Well, at the day when I am leaving, surprisingly, he help to carry my luggages with smile.

房間很大、乾淨，另外床也很大很舒適。浴室除了乾溼分離更有分開的馬桶及2個相連的臉盆。對於四人房來說真是好用，不用在外排隊等很久 附贈的自助式早餐內容更是豐盛，大人小孩都很喜歡

清潔度佳，雙人房略小，是沒有浴缸，只有淋浴的浴室。雙人床軟硬適中，睡起來舒適。早餐豐富，不過饅頭跟包子很快就冷了。

來回都沒有接駁，住過那麼多飯店，第一次遇到，房間裡面有塵蟎，冷氣有異音，早餐數量過於普通，吃完早餐回房間門鎖還打不開，真的有嚇到，希望能改進

優點：櫃檯服務態佳，入住流程順暢，浴室水量充足，水溫穩定，早餐豐盛選擇多。 缺點：客房設施陳舊，汙漬灰塵異味不明毛髮全都出現在入住房內的牆面床邊床上枕頭上毛巾上。

遊玩方便，環境乾淨，四周食物取得容易 不怕餓

訂房時有說想換2張單人床 但沒得到回覆是否可以 入住時以為還是雙人床 結果有換2張單人床 真的很開心 睡的很舒服 謝謝你們的服務

房間內煙味殘留的味道太重

未告知2樓有那麽棒的購物商場與健身運動場地。

房型偏小，但是早餐很豐富，用餐環境很好。還有商務空間也很夠用。總體來說是還不錯的

很普通的飯店，基本上除了離樂園近外 就沒啥特色，希望能多改善飯店設施

地毯很髒，房間昏暗。 工作人員可能因為工作很辛苦，缺乏笑容。 Check in 有效率。
