Check in is very difficult if you book on Hotels.com. You need to call every time (both times we stayed here). They give you only one pillow. This location had terrible wifi and no elevator.

The check-in process is not always straightforward. It would be better if the process was explained during the first communication that comes through at the time of booking. The room was clean, if basic. Being close to the centre of town, the hotel is in a good location for food and local entertainment. Staff are light on the ground so make sure you have everything you need before checking in or out.

We arrived past 14:00 and after some difficulties checking in, we found out that our room was not ready. We were also asked to pay for the room in order to check in even though we had already paid via Expedia, and the payment had been charged to our credit card.

We had a late dinner in the hotel, as the restaurant close by was full. Instead of having to take the food to our room, we were given a table in the restaurant. Not standard procedure, but very kind. Everything we asked was taken care off.

Orange was a stop off during drive from Paris to southern Med coast of France. It is a gorgeous small town to stop off in. Lots to see & do in the town & broader area. B&B Hotel in Orange was an excellent budget hotel stay. Hotel is very conveniently located near motorway access to/from Orange. Hotel was immaculately clean from reception to room. Staff where we interacted with them were very helpful & pleasant. Recommended for anyone considering a budget hotel stay in the area.

Rooms - clean and tidy; staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good value. Within walking distance of town centre.

This was just a cheap play to stay en-route to the south of France. We didn't expect too much but it was a decent price, rooms were fine (if a little sparse) and Patrick behind the desk was very, very helpful. Give that man a raise.

Easy access to hotel from motorway, lots of parking, arrive anytime and leave anytime, great for when you are traveling.
