The room definitely needs renovations; the furniture looked old, and the bathroom was particularly disappointing, with signs of mold and stains on the sink. Daily cleaning was underwhelming, although the room service was excellent. The reception staff’s attitude left much to be desired. Be cautious at checkout: we were charged for minibar items we did not consume—two bottles of water totaling R$24—even though we were certain we didn’t touch anything. The receptionist insisted, and while we didn’t argue, it was frustrating. Checkout itself also takes a long time. Location wise: if you want a quieter, sauter and cleaner neighborhood, it is good but it is far from all the tourist attractions. Overall, the hotel does not meet typical 4-star standards.

We had an issue at checkout, front desk called housekeeping while we were checking out and they claimed we had minibar items (soda and candy) which is impossible because no one in my family drinks soda or likes sweets. Very disappointing as this was our only negative experience at the hotel. The front desk who checked us out had no empathy and was very accusatory and aggressive when we tried to explain that it must’ve been a mistake. Probably will not be returning here.

Great cost x benefit! Great location, clean room, helpful and kind staff, nice amenities, great organization in general.

Great location right next to conference site. Safe place. Rooms large and clean. Minor annoying point was key cards having to be reset every day.

Clean room, great view and location

We stayed here for a conference and had high expectations. On arrival at 3:45pm, our room was still not ready for check in when check in time is 3pm but we had to still wait in the lobby for 15mins. The checkout process also took a long time. Many people in the conference were disappointed and faced the same issues: bad wifi, room cards not working sometimes, no blankets (only when we asked housekeeping), no ironing board, and no tea/coffee provided in room. As a vegetarian, I also found the breakfast disappointing as there weren’t many options usually found at a buffet (such as beans, hash browns/potatoes, roasted tomatoes or mushrooms). On the plus side - the pool was very nice.

Terrible service. Rude staff. Unprofessional. VERY long waiting times at the reception desk. Unacomodating. Rooms have old flimsy furniture. Room cleaning will keep knocking on your door when you have the do not disturb sign. Forget about early check in or late check out. Receptionists are disrespectful and unprofessional. Gym is so tiny and stuffy. Atm machine is broken. Breakfast is terrible. Coffee machines are broken. Etc. Etc.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms do not look as nice as the pictures. Our room was an older version of what was shown....well worn and needs some updates for the price spent.

The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The location was 10/10 if you don't want to be in a busy area but still have a great beach and good restaurants near by, I felt very safe here and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing missing for us was a balcony in the room but the hotel has none so that is fine. Would recommend and would stay again! Obrigado
