The hotel itself was clean and the employees at the reception were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They helped us all the time. The bedsheet of the room were stained ( there was some ink and other food stains). Everyday we were short of towels and they didn't refill the toilet paper. We would call the receptionist and it would be delivered right away. Location is perfect and plenty of stores, food and malls nearby. Very safe all day all night. Will stay again.

Deja mucho que desear la limpieza

What I liked the mostvwas the bed and the pillows. What I did not like is that the checkout is at 12 and have only until 14 hrs to send the info for the invoice.

La habitación carecía de condiciones de aseo general, las cortinas y blackouts se encontraban deteriorados y caídos. La acumulación de polvo era excesiva, al en vender el aire acondicionado el polvo se levantaba por la habitación. Las sabanas el primer día tenían manchas. El piso de la ducha tiene principios de hongos. Lamentable el aseo de la habitación, no parecía una cadena de hoteles respetable sino por el contrario una habitación de motel de carretera

Great property in a very nice part of the city.

Great location for business stay. Close to a couple of malls. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance.

They need to make more maintenance.

Convenient to Santa Fe Mall, many surrounding restaurants, shops, Uber friendly, friendly staff, courteous, clean, large room.

Este hotel no sigue las reglas de seguridad permitiendo reuniones de bastantes personas en las habitaciones lo cual es demasiado desagradable no poder dormir y descansar escuchar gritos y disturbios toda la noche y el hotel no hace nada seguridad pésima no toman cartas en el asunto y no es justo y que las personas buscan descansar y simplemente es imposible .

The property is located in a beautiful part of the city. There is a Starbucks right next door and tons of food options nearby. Additionally, shopping is just an Uber ride away and the hotel is incredibly clean. The only problem I encountered was when my AC went out. I stayed here for 8 days and on day 2, my AC stopped working. Upon calling the front desk, the informed me it was being worked on. Long story short, it was never repaired. I was brought a mini AC and I made the most of it.

I like the room was spacious and clean, what i didnt like was the kitchen when i called for room service the person that answer my phone call did everything for not taking my order, made go outside to try somewhere to eat, everywhere was full in the end i returned to the hotel and demand my order someelse take it and have delivery it. its unpleseant that some people dont want to help you.
