Very poor service, disorganized, ac didn’t work properly, I wouldn’t stay there again.

We got to the Hotel and it was closed, we had to sleep on the streets for one night. Even though your email said it was open it wasn't, we had to find another Hotel the following day. Me and my friend felt homeless. I will never book with you again Hotels.com,Dean Ayling and Ashley Gilbert.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star but is definitely more of a 3-star. Some parts of it were nice, but I found many other things done poorly, which detracted from the overall experience. We stayed for 6 nights on an all-inclusive package. We paid roughly 300 EUR per night, which was not good value. GOOD - Rooms were clean - Showers were good pressure and consistent hot water - The beach was never busy, and had some nice water. - Service overall in the hotel was nice, staff were friendly and proactive - Main pool was nice. BAD - We had all-inclusive, but they tried to charge us 2.50 EUR for a bottle of water to have in our room. They provided 1 bottle, and then you had to go to a single water refill station to refill everyday. The staff even said to not drink the tap water or use it for brushing teeth, usually in such places, the hotel provides bottled water. This was annoying, if we forgot at end of the night. - To rent towels, usually hotels provide a towel card to exchange, which if lost, then gets charged to your room for the missing towels. They provided a towel card where it stated this, but when we went to exchange it, they actually said the policy had changed and now required 20 EUR cash, which of course we didn't have on hand because we were staying at an all inclusive - Sunbeds for the hotels private beach are chargeable on weekends?! - The food was decent sometimes, pretty poor others. - There were just small upcharges for everything, which was annoying.

Hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment throughout. The room service was not good at all and resulted in our complaint for uncleanliness and lack of towel replacement and bed making. The staff were all very well mannered and polite and were always smiling and willing to talk and assist. The hotel beach is awful in respect of the water. The sandy beach is very good but to get into the water you need to navigate vast areas of sharp rocks !! not at all conducive for such a location, The public beach just 100 yards away was far far superior.

The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!

The best beach is the one at the Dome Beach hotel, really! It is sandy beach, and the water is clean and warm! I liked it a lot! In addition, the hotel offers a nice food, and a big variety of dishes, including 3 a-la-cart restaurants.

Hotel has got a old dirty room. Food was cold and boring. Definitely what you would not expect from a 4 star hotel. I feel like we were ripped off and far too much euros to spend at a hotel like that. WON‘T BE BACK

The food was terrible, they wouldn't let you book the restaurants on the day had to be day before and Sundays they are closed. Charge to use sunbeds at weekends. Reception man was rude. Room definitely needed upgraded, for a 4 star I would give it a one was the worst place I've ever stayed, luckily I live in Cyprus as this would put u off as a holiday maker

The facilities were great and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only negative thing was the restaurants time tables was a bit confusing ie. the external restaurants didn’t operate for lunch but only dinner and it was not published anywhere.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Hotel were saying the right things, in terms of Covid-19 preventative measures (e.g. the wearing of mask in lobby and buffet) - but there was no enforcement of either staff or guests. Grounds are looking a little unkept, presumably because of staff reductions due to Covid. Otherwise, the beach location is lovely.

Dinner food needs improvement, breakfast was plenty and a big variety of, staff very friendly.

Nice hotel. Has pretty much everything for a relaxing starting-at-the-hotel-holiday.

Hello, Few observations: Good Points: 1)Hotel is at the beach where less numbers of people were there compared to other beaches , so this was good. 2)Room cleanliness was well maintained ,every day it was cleaned by the housekeeping . 3)Reception staffs were friendly and helpful. 4)Price which i paid was worth for my stay.I used only room and Breakfast service) breakfast was good too,everything was there for a normal person to expect in the the morning to eat :) 5)Sitting space in Lobby is enormous and maintained well. 6)Enormous parking space available. Something to Learn/Modify : 1)Normally Water bottles are provided as a complimentary item , but here it was not there and considering the Summer weather it was required. 2)WiFi in the room was ok, through which you can just connect Whatsapp and small applications but cannot rely to work on big applications (worst case scenario if you want to connect for WORK ,you may have internet speed issue). 3)When we book the rooms on HOTEL.com , it was mentioned Hotel has private beach and YES there was a private beach...BUT...weird part was on WEEKDAY umbrella and benches are free of cost to use but for SAT and SUN its chargeable (5 Euros per person). 4)Even if its mentioned private beach,I observed there were people who were not part of the HOTEL guest but they were still occupying the space at the beach. Overall for the price what i paid it was good to stay. Note : Travelers can contact me if they need more information

Privet beach was great. Clean, quite and comfy beds to lie on.

Friendly staff, good food, nice hotel but in need of updating, excellent location, gorgeous beach. Saturday and Sunday sun beads available if you are willing to pay (even for hotel guest), beach towels can be changed every 3 days and you have to paid deposit of 10 euros, better housekeeping can go long way.
