The night shift male staff should be replaced immediately!! I'm very disappointed with the money I reserved. Whenever guests ask for assistance or information, he often shows an unpleasant facial expression and appears unwilling to help. On several occasions, he has even spoken to guests in a rude and aggressive manner. In addition, he seems to spend much of his shift sleeping instead of being attentive to guests’ needs. As a result, guests feel uncomfortable and even hesitant to approach the front desk, especially when returning to the hotel late at night. The front desk is the first point of contact for guests and plays an important role in creating a positive experience. Unfortunately, the behavior of this employee has had a negative impact on our stay and on the overall image of the hotel. The hotel does not guarantee the customer's rights. They have received a reservation and previously sent a confirmation message to the customer, but due to the holiday (I think there was an arrangement to increase the price), the customer's booking was canceled. You should consider the reputation of the hotel before booking!

Resepsionis yang cowok agak ngawur main masuk aja padahal ada istri sama anak saya lagi tiduran. Alasannya salah kamar. Resepsionis yang cewek cukup ramah, dan terkadang taksi tidak bisa berhenti depan hotel jadi harus menyeberang.

Staff are unprofessional and unfriendly. Ask for car rental service, it takes 1 day to have.
