Excellent hotel. I would recommend.

Small hotel, right on the street so street noice is loud, they are under construction with very loud noice, food was very limited when we got there because the main dinning area was also close under construction, our room had musty smell, everything is old and it needs updating. We were there only for 20 minutes because we checked out and now they refuse to refund our money. I will have to dispute the charges with our credit card company if they continue to refund the charges, Expedia try to get the money back without any luck but I feel they don’t do enough.

I went as a single woman, for a quick break. I felt very safe. The staff was wonderful, the food delicious. Thank you. I will return with a whole gaggle of friends.

The surroundings were quaint, and the property, the staff, the food, and the beach were all incredible. We travel extensively, and this was a place we will return to for leisure and a 5-star respite any time! If you are looking for partying -- don't come here. If you want upscale, attentive rest -- this is the place.

The place is nice but no activity poor drink selection even for the paid ones and food was very poor quality. Quiet if that is the vacation desired.

Warm welcoming staff, from the front desk staff to the pool maintenance technician. Will definitely recommend. Can’t wait to get back.

A place to rest and rejuvenate! The staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was great. I have to send a special thank you to Jose. I wanted parcha juice and it was not part of the menu however the following day, I had 2 glasses waiting for me until my stay ended. The best “chinola” juice!

Es pasado la peor noche dd mi vida , me duele todo el cuerpo de la cama , la cama mas incomoda y dura del mundo la tiene éste hotel , no sirven , deben de cambiar los cochones , son perdonas que se hospedan ahí no animales para poner unos cochones en esa condiciones, y calidad ,gracias a Dios que solo ando de pasada en éste hotel , quisimos amandecer aqui para seguier nuestro recorrido hacia la romana , lastimas que fue nuestra 3 vez y la última, anteriormente era recomendable por su vista y el mismo trato de los empleados, que siguen siendo amable pero con los brazos atados ya que no pueden ofrecer nada mas de lo que tienen , comida muy mala, camas para votar , playas abandonadas, bebidas terribles, mala calidad . . Y por último mantienne el mismo precio de las anteriores veces sin la misma calidad .. precios muy alto para lo que estan ofreciendo..

One of the best hotel in Dominicans Republic, lovely location, good rooms with beauty views, friendly staff except one lady receptionist who need to be trained more hiw to respect guests and talk well to them. Food was ok, it could be far better.

The staff were excellent, very friendly. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

I like the cleanliness of the property but most of all the staffs in all areas from reception to lifeguards. Everyone go out of their way to provide good services. Special mention to Berma from recepción and Nurkey from the Spa. The buffet could add more variety menus for improvement. The Olas restaurant menu was vey good. Good job everyone.

The room could’ve been cleaner. There were strands of hair on the floor that I know did not belong to me. The bathtub looked like it had bright pink mold on one spot. I was brought nachos with queso and meat and it wasn’t even hot, just kinda warm.
