Great staff

El Hotel es muy hermoso; se ve que fue en su momento una casa con mucha historia, lo han mantenido super bien muy limpio todo; el desayuno es super basico pero el pancito divino; Lo mejor del Hotel es el chico que trabaja alli es super amable, súper atento y pendiente de cada detalle; siento que el hotel es un loco costoso para lo que ofrece ya que hay que caminar mucho hacia el centro bueno no mucho en tiempo pero mucho en esfuerzo y después de un día largo de caminar digamos no tiene la mejor ubicación en cuanto a eso. Pero si está muy lindo; si le bajaran un poco el precio en no temporada alta seria un lugar mas atractivo y si le agregan alguito mas al desayuno también. Porque el hotel es hermoso solo una sugerencia. Pero lo mejor es la Hospitalidad del chico que es el que hace todo alli. Gracias! Nota nosotros fuimos en tiempo de no temporada ahh otra cosa revisar el agua caliente porque no sale caliente solo apenas le quita el hielo pero caliente zero Gracias!

Great views from rooftop; A bit difficult to get to, streets are narrow and step. Friendly staff, clean hotel. No bar onsite nor restaurant. 10 min walk to main plaza, if you're out of shape use UBER to get back to hotel. The hot tub was not available; it had to be cleaned and sanitized. They only offer continental breakfast, valet parking no issues.

The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing view of the city, day and night. The rooms, court yard and roof top are all clean and inviting. The breakfast area is set up nicely and we were able to chat each morning with other travellers.

The hotel has a small cozy feel, with a beautiful courtyard. I walked into my room and could tell that the hotel has a high standard for cleanliness. I fell into a deep sleep with the scent of well laundered bedding.

An incredible hotel, just so beautiful with great rooms, comfy bed, and located within a short walk of the central square. The staff was so wonderful too!!! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others :)

Very welcoming and helpful staff

The room and everything at the Mansion San Miguel was superb. The staff was outstanding. They could not have been more helpful or friendly.

The room was very clean and elegant with beautiful high ceilings with beams. The staff went out of their way to make everything work.for us. My husband missed the breakfast and they made a tray for him.

The staff were very friendly, particularly Tomas. We also had a great conversation with Adriana while having breakfast in the kitchen. The place is very comfortable and quiet. It was great for our weekend gateway.

Spacious room, nice local decor and good breakfast. Walking distance to main downtown plaza. Staff is very attentive.
