Travelling with 2 adult children the 3 bedroom apartment was great very spacious. Value for money 5 stars. Easy walking distance to the harbour shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this for the budget conscious and all types of families.

We loved our apartment because it was near the pool and very convenient specially with kids around. Staff was awesome loved how their service was. One thing was odd when one of the staff walked in our room while we were still cooking our breakfast. There was no knock on the door if they can also be well trained for that. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back with families.

Excellent apartment which was clean and well equipped and enabled a lovely stay, however daily cleaning was not that thorough and was only really a towel change and making the bed rather than also cleaning surfaces and the tiles. The Cafe O team were brilliant especially the enthusiastic gent who did the afternoon shift and was always happy and engaging. The food was excellent and the coffee was brilliant. The pool was a welcome addition however there are not many loungers and space around the pool is limited. It will be challenging when the resort is busy. The resort is very well located for the Port Denarau Marina. A lovely resort and a few changes would have significant improvements. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Location, location and location!

The location is ideal if uou need yo stop over on your way to the islands via ferry. The room was lovrly and the balcony was ideal to rest and relax over a drink. Staff were friendky and efficebt pool area was nice. Onsite cafe ideal. Short walk to restsurants and small supermarket .

Great apartment just over the road from the port. Very handy to restaurants or you could self cater. Lovely pool.

Thr location is very convenient and all the amenities are there. Free parking at the property and it is located right in front of the port marina. Very clean and we recommend it to anyone who wishes to enjoy Denarau.

Great location, modern accommodation and very helpful staff!

Room was clean, however bathroom needs some attention…… rain shower head was coming away from roof, switch over action to change from overhead shore to hand shower did nit work. Toilet seat was extremely loose, and gaps in glass shower box had large gaps and leaked all over floor.

It was a brief stay due to the cyclone cancellations. The staff have been extremely accomodating allowing a travelling family to meet us and have breakfast then leave all our suitcases after checkout while we enjoyed some of what Denerau has to offer before moving on to our next accomadation. Thankyou The palms. We really do appreciate your hospitality.

wasn't long enough to know more about the hotel and staff but the cleanliness and condition of the room we stayed in was excellent always clean our room and made our beds. thank you

Clean room

No beach! Not bad parking. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly, but then so is everyone in Fiji. The biggest downer was that there is no beach any where near, and we need a car or public transport to get to it
