I’d wanted to make the most out of our Alsace trip so I’d booked two Alsatian hotels. Having stayed at both, I can definitely say this hotel wins hands-down. It was very comfortable, room was impeccably clean (with an overzealous cleaner 😂), and room was sound-proof too! I left the speakers on and went out of the room but I couldn’t hear it from the outside. The only reason why I pushed down the service rating a bit was because we had a run-in with the hotel owner as we were a bit late for the check-in (they close at 8pm), but we’d managed to resolve it at the end and she was even nice enough to send us a goodbye text as she wasn’t at the counter when we checked out. Will definitely come back to this hotel when we re-visit Alsace.

The staff were amazing; special thanks to Ms. Fabienne who, as hotel manager, ensured we had everything we needed, and helped make our stay delightful. She is super meticulous organized, and. along with her staff, attends to her guests needs swiftly with grace. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and very conveniently situated for touring the wine route north and south of Mittelwihr. The rooms are spacious and the quality and details are better than you would expect in a 3* establishment. We highly recommend Hotel Le Mandelberg.

We stayed two nights at this charming hotel as we explored the wine region. I had requested an accessible room which was located on the ground floor with our own private patio. Great breakfast area but does not serve dinner. All in all a great hotel.

Erg goed uitgerust hotel met comfortabele, goed uitgeruste en zeer nette kamers. Sommige kamers hebben wel een klein terras waar je niet of met wat moeite kan op zitten. Als je een terras ambieert waar je wat kan vertoeven, moet je het vermelden bij de reservatie. Het personeel is vriendelijk en meent het ook (in tegenstelling tot hotels waar je voelt dat de vriendelijkheid moet omdat de baas het zo gezegd heeft).

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins. Petits déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre impeccable au niveau confort et propreté

Hotel molto carino, personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio ampio ! Camera ordinata e ben organizzata, bagno pulito. Aria condizionata. Colazione continentale, abbondante e servita al tavolo.

Je suis arrivée devant l’hôtel avec émerveillement ! L entrée est enchanteresse ! Le personnel très agréable’ . La chambre très propre confortable ! Produits de bains peignoirs pantoufles dans la chambre double confort. Près du restaurant l’agneau blanc que Je recommande !!

Pause dans le haut Rhin. Étape gastronomique. Hôtel très confortable. Finitions exemplaires. Petit déjeuner trop cher. Même pas de kouglof !

Excellent séjour même si le temps était très mitigé . Nous avons adoré l'Alsace et espérons y revenir

Er rigtigt godt ophold god service god beliggenhed midt i naturen. Kirketårnet tæt på med en storkerede med 5 storke. Vi kommer bestemt tilbage

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir können dieses Hotel für einen Elsass-Aufenthalt empfehlen. Kurze Wege in die verschiedensten Regionen um Ausflüge zu machen. Sei es in die Vogesen oder entlang der Weinstraße.

Het is mooi gelegen aan de wijnstreek met op loopafstand meerdere wijnboeren. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de prima kamer. Jammer dat er geen restaurant is in het hotel.Daardoor was het 's avonds stil in het hotel. Ook was er geen restaurant geopend dat lopend vanuit het hotel bereikt kon worden. Wel voldoende goede restaurants in direct omliggene tyopische Elzas-stadjes.
