room and location is ok. However, the front desk only there from 3-6pm. No one contact us to schedule for checkin so we arrive with door closed and don’t know how to checkin.

I liked that this accomodation was so centrally located and had an elevator. Needed accesibility for my mother. But, not good for those who cannot do any stairs because there still were some, even inside our room. If you are looking for an experience with amenities or superb customer service, this is not the place. There were no spare sheets in the closet for the sofa couch. Maybe we should have told them beforehand, but we even tried to check in during their window but she had left an hour early, emailed us a code (international limited data so didnt see in time) had trouble with opening the front door in the rain. Parking-told us we could park in their garage nearby. Their directions were really difficult to follow, the parking elevator was hard to manuver in and out of, and overall it was exhausting but still worked. Granada being an old city makes parking and navigation difficult. Furthermore, we ended up finally parking and then, because I am traveling with limited data and no calling, I got an email saying we shouldn't park there because the elevator didn't work. Well, we had just used it. We also ended up getting a ticket from the city maybe because we took one wrong turn and they ticket cars who drive unauthorized. Maybe the manager didn't authorize our plate like they said they would or the one wrong turn was the cause. I do not know. But the location almost, almost helped redeem it in my eyes. Still charged us the whole parking fee despite the grief they gave us...

Spacious, clean, pleasing accommodations in a convenient location. One downside is limited front desk hours and no luggage storage. Otherwise lovely.

Positives: Room was very clean and big, and is in a great locatin Cons: Please note the check in desk is not open outside of the hours listed. Meaning you cannot drop off your bag early or leave your bag late. I had arrived at 11am and could not check in until 3pm and even then, the room was still not cleaned. Was super frustrating as I had tickets for the Alhambra that I had to wait for and my visit was super rushed. Just something to be cognizant of.

Great location. Helpful staff during check in. Only issue was little loud at night since our room faced the church and river.

The apartment is in a great location for enjoying Granada on foot. Parking, however, was a nightmare. I recommend directly all of your tenants to a nearby parking garage, rather than leaving any hope that something would be available on a nearby street.

Wonderful modern apartment. We stayed here three times over a period of three weeks. Both Pablo and Paulo were very helpful and supportive. They gave us a lot of valuable information.

This place is in the perfect location, an easy walk from everything. Our room had a great view of the neighborhood and was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will choose this place again on our next visit to Granada!

The property is centrally located - very close to Plaza Nueva and Paseo de los Tristes so there are many activities going on all day, from buskers to flamenco dancing! You can catch the hop off hop on train from Plaza Nueva for a city tour or take a stroll down Paseo de los Tristes. Our balcony overlooks Plaza Nueva You can shop at the Alcaiceria market behind Plaza Nueva or trek uphill to explore the old arabic quarter Albayzin with its many tapas bars and shops, and catch a stunning view of the Alhambra and the majestic Sierra Nevada in the background. Not to be missed is the beautiful sunset at Mirador de San Nicolas. There are also many eating places including halal restaurants nearby.

Very good apartment. Very spacious and clean. The after hours check in process was very good and easu with detailed instructions. Only drawback is that front desk is not open for too long. So cant get much tourist information from them.But right outside the apartment, there is a tourist center where you can get all the Information you want. Fantastic location and on either side of the apartment, you will find tons of places to eat and shop. Walking distance to everything. Granada is just fabulous! Loved the walking tour (which we did on our own) to Albycin. The tourist center right outside the apartment offers free walking tours in English and Spanish 2 times a day. We didn't know about this and so did it on our own anyways. Overall, a fabulous trip.

Loved staying at this attractive apartment which is located in an ideal area of Granada. Even thought it was close to the plaza, restaurants and shops, it was quiet for sleeping as it is tucked in a quiet space - the river in one side and small street on other. Apartment we rented had a small view on either side of living/dining area to view Bell towers.

Location is excellent. Walked to the Alhambra, walked to the mirador. Restaurants and old town close by. Place is clean, beds are comfortable. The picture of the rooftop view however is misleading as there is no way to go to the roof that I could find.

Had an amazing stay probably the best place in the whole trip and best value for money. The place is modern well equipped and in the best location in Granada. Just don’t get there with a car.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casa Miravalle. The building has been completely renovated, everything looks fresh and new. Location is also excellent! This is the place to stay if you are looking for a condo in Granada!

Miravalle was a great experience especially communication and helpfulness of the staff. Easy to access as it is near Plaza Nuevo (accommodation up the hill is more difficult with windy steep streets). While there are ample kitchen and other facilities we would prefer that a few basics be supplied e.g. paper towels, salt and pepper, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash.

Excellent location for all tourist sites. Very clean and modern although very little storage. Cynthia is excellent with taking care of booking,, check -in and all questions. She is a great asset for the management.
