I had a recent stay there and I can’t remember her name but the lady who helped check me in needs a raise. She was tall and blonde super nice she made sure I was well taken care of

Pet room - terrible stench of dog pee which they tried to cover up with perfumey scent. Aaaaccckkk that room should be condemned. Tried to make some tea in the morning but the “hot water” was barely warm so I went for a cup of decaf which was actually COLD not even tepid. COLD. Beautiful well-equipped room and kitchenette. Has potential to be great but a stinky room and no morning beverage turned this overnight stay into a terrible experience.

The room and hotel are wonderful! The staff is great! The street in front of the hotel is used for racing. The noise in our 2nd floor street is horrible. We have not had much quiet since the sun went down.

The front desk people were outstanding. Friendly and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. I would recommend them.

I like to use the hotel when I travel with my children. It’s perfect for us. Staff is always friendly, the space is a nice size, and the breakfast is always amazing.

Great to have the kitchenette dynamic, larger fridge and real freezer, good bed and the couch is a plus, noisy with the airport, but a very comfortable hotel for sure.

The cleanliness of the place and how quiet it was

Loved my stay! The room was huge and staff was amazing. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the fort.

Clean and neat

The room was spacious and hotel conveniently located. We liked having a large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwater. The only drawback was that in a 4-day stay we only got an exchange of towels but the room was never cleaned.
