We were in the Executive Zen floor of New Otani. We only stayed 1 night as it was a stopover before our flight back to the US. The service was impressive to say the least. The rooms were very modern but very small but I believe this is normal for Tokyo. The continental breakfast was limited. However the Sky restaurant was amazing. There were many food options available and the view of Tokyo from the restaurant was amazing. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. We definitely will for a longer time next time we visit Japan.

The Executive Zen Level is well worth the value. Amazing quality and service.

Service & staff were extremely polite & attentive. Accommodated our request for a late check out.

This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again.

The executive house zen was fabulous in all aspects during our stay. The staff went way beyond their duties to help us procure concert tickets. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel, staff were very pleasant, room was of a good size. Fantastic views over the city. Very nice breakfast restaurant, including a lounge offering free food and drink. Definitely recommended.
