Service by the front desk was unprofessional. Refused to give additional towels for the room and staff just being unhelpful. Lobby is in a decrepit condition with no AC. Rooms are dated with outdated small tv.

Stay was good - I needed to travel outside the city so the location of the hotel was best for me. However, there is very little in the surrounding areas.

Staff was very friendly, room was a little noisy.

At the rail way and big streets, very noisy. Neither coffee maker nor water boiler in the room. Air conditioner works for cooling not heating. Restaurant has limited choice, normally with neither fish and nor chicken. Drink water at front desk is normally unavailable forcing to buy the water from the fridge.

The hotel is fantastic, clean, comfortable and security, High recommended!
