Good beds

The actual hotel facilities and location was great but there was a lot of street noise between 9PM and 3AM.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable quite rooms to rest

Didn’t appreciate the truck load of timber being unloaded early.We were in room245.Most probably for the pizza oven.

We liked everything about our stay at Warragul. From check in to check out and allowing us to store our luggage , we received the friendliest , country style service. Impressive.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Comfortable bedding and spacious rooms.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel is in a very convenient spot.

The place was good with underground parking facilities. Housekeeping staff were excellent in providing assistance and friendly.

The hotel doesn't service the rooms on Sunday, and we were not informed ahead of time. It is only staffed 8 a.m. til 8 p.m., Monday through Sat. The front desk is only staffed 8a.m. til 6 p.m. on Sundays. If you need service or lock yourself out, it is $80, outside of the listed hours. Carpets need cleaning. It is in a convenient location to walk to restaurants, etc., but that means there is a fair amount of street noise.

Хороший отель доя такого города. Мы прибыли в Пятницу вечером, а оказалось что именно в эту пятницу ресепшен закончил работать раньше чем обычно но нам никто об этом не сообщил. Пришлось искать куда обращаться и как получить карту от номера. Номер был чистый и очень просторный. Минус, полотенца были с дырками, не очень приятно. В целом отель хороший.

The property was very modern and great facilities , my only concern was the time it took to check in I couldnt pay for my team in one transaction and was charged a $100 bond per room and when we checked out a different receptionist said that is strange that you were all charged the bond 5 rooms

Quite a nice stay here.
