The host was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The walk-in shower was a pleasure. The continental breakfast looked fresh, well displayed and the coffee was really good. The host was very attentive and replenished regularly. Every morning, the room was tidied, beds made up and bins emptied which was a pleasant surprise. We had a family room which was actually two adjoining bedrooms with separate front doors. Very spacious with two TVs. All windows have security shutters so windows could be left open as it was extremely hot. The grounds around are very well kept and there is plenty of parking. It would have been nice to have coffee/ tea facilities in the room as only soft drinks were available outside of breakfast time annd there are no places very close to get a hot drink unless you order in.

From the moment I arrived this hotel surprised me. Reception was quick and simple. The staff were amazing. Knowledgeable and charming. The room was very good. The bathroom was immaculate with plenty of room. Towels excellent and very good toilet paper. Overall it must be the place to stay in that area and beyond.

Excellent and friendly staff. Very convenient location for ferry. Shops nearby. Room was excellent with a really good shower. Black out blinds on the windows. Didn't use food ordering service, but the menu looked good. Would stay there again.

This was an overnight stop having travelled by ferry from Newhaven earlier the same day. As the ferry docks after the check in closes tge arrangements for late check in are important to me - they are straightforward! Email the motel in advance and they send you a key box code.

Very average. The room wasn’t dirty but tired. There were litlle flying bugs, like fruit flies. The self checking-in service worked alright. The comms with the hotel were quick and easy. Staff were kind.

Basic but absolutely fine for a quick stop over before onward travel. Close to supermarkets and has car charging too

For a stay for half the night (left at 4am for the ferry) pay for what you get and less than other accommodation around. Half decent restaurant in walking distance

Floors are dirty and sticky. Other than that nice big room with free parking.

This hotel is off a main road leading from Dieppe to the motorway but is quiet and whilst it would be best to have a car there is a bus service nearby. It is convenient for a visit to the Canadian War Cemetery about 15 minutes walk away and there is a mall nearby but otherwise a bit isolated.

I paid up front for a room. I was horrified to find that on my arrival the reception to check-in finishes at 21:00hrs. This is an extraordinary time to close reception. I had just travelled into Dieppe by Ferry, arriving at the port at 22:00hrs. On arrival at the hotel at 22:28 I tried phoning for them to let me in but there was no response to my call. There is no forewarning on the page advertising this hotel that it closes so early. I only read the 'small print' (not on the advertisement page but on the ticket confirmation - by which time it is too late) the next day. I then had to find, and pay for, another hotel room. I am not happy that I've paid for something that I was not able to use.

Late arrival from UK ferry. Receptionist had put our key in key box and sent email to advise but was there when we arrived to hand over key. Ground floor room, think possibly bathrooms all refitted, very nice shower. Bed comfy, all good.

Clean comfortable owner-managed motel. Quiet modern well-decorated rooms, comfortable beds, attentive service. Highly recommended. Will try to stay again.
