Bed was hard. Everything else was good.

Hotel it’s small but cozy everything it’s nice and clean maybe they can have AC on the common area but I really didn't used it , bed are a little too hard but that’s only because I’m used to softest mattress.

The AC does not work half of the time and when it does it does not cool - i was sweating in my room and there are no windows so it feels suffocating. Other then that, the rooms are spacious and friendly staff. The locating is ok not ideal to walk out by yourself.

Clean and austere property. Good for Expo visits, not much more to do around there. Neighborhood not great at night.

Love this place very clean

The hotel and staff are great. Very clean and friendly. Bathrooms need a fan for ventilation though. Not a walkable area outside, but you can easily take an Uber or get delivery.

Nice and friendly staff. Did not like the neighborhood around the hotel. Didn’t feel to safe, I did go with family including kids.

The area around the hotel isn't very nice but the hotel itself is nice and the person at the desk earlier said there was no underground parking cuz the door didn't work but it turns out that it is does and we're on

Clean and modern

Cristy checked me in and she was super friendly. She did a great job explaining the hotel and the areas to eat at within walking distance. The room was big and the bed was large and comfortable. Great clean open room. Free parking and WIFI. Very safe and secure. I will be returning for future business trips.
