Clean modern room Pleasant staff and good value breakfast

Good location 10 min walk from old town on a quite street. Room ok but room service/cleanliness disappointing. Fabulous restaurant with great food and value.

We chose this hotel as it one of the few with pools within easy walking distance of Pezenas. It is also on the main road into town (with free parking) which was handy for us as we were driving around the area quite a lot. Only ate there one night but the restaurant is good and we had a nice dinner there. The pool area is nice and the pool itself (mainly deserted) is lovely after a long day. The downside is that the rooms near the road are a bit noisy. The suite is spacious with its own terrace, and is quiet and comfortable, with a king size bed, so worth the extra money. The only drawback is the service which can be a bit cold and surly.

arrived about 6.00pm shown to room ??? not the one i asked for after a protest room was changed better on arrival for breakfast hardley anything left but was replenished on request we had stayed here before but will not be repeating again

Finely renovated old house (farmhouse??). Room was small but renovated for coziness, very clean with a big bathtub, and comfortable. Bunk bed was comfortable and kids loved the mattresses. It was far from making lots of sounds when climbing up the stairs.

The Hotel le Saint Germain is a great place to stay as base for exploring some of the charming small towns in the Languedoc region. Pezanas, where the hotel is located, has a beautiful old city section studded with artists' studios, boutiques, and cafes.

Close to town, everything needed for a stop over . Very nice experience overall !

Basic, but OK. As usual with French hotels; restaurant was closed, so had to scout for an open one. Not great after a day of driving. It would help if your web site would clearly state the days that restaurants are closed, although hotel is open.

We stayed for two nights for my partner's sister's wedding nearby. We were allocated a disabled/ensuite bathroom motel room, which was pleasant. However duty staff went home around midday on the weekend so we were left in the lurch when we had to iron our clothes for the evening. We were lucky to catch a Spanish cleaning lady who was on her way out, but could not speak English. My partner was able to speak Spanish and acquired an iron/board otherwise we wouldn't know what to have done! It seems somewhat quiet and isolated but walkable from the town centre - would maybe recommend it....

The rooms were small but very clean and perfectly adequate. The food in the restaurant was excellent and fantastic value for money. The pool is small

The room we were given was perfect for us[two adults and one dog].The evening meal was very very good.

Very happy with this hotel. Good price, nice balcony and close to centre. We did not eat here but it looked good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice room

Hôtel bien situé, parking fermé la nuit. Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle même si pas très grande. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Tres bon accueil, chambre agréable, facilité de parking. Repas du midi possible avec un menu à 20 euros très bien.

Pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieure, la seule lumière que l'on a vient d'un puits assez exigu.
