Limited food options, Starbucks and poolside pub setting. Room power supplies need to be refreshed with new receptacles for AC, USB, USC etc that work. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

The property was very nice and clean. They had hourly shuttles down to Mallory square which was nice and having Starbucks on property was a plus. Only one bar tender/server for the outside restaurant by the pool. He was great and did good but with all the guest there it took a long time to get our food and drinks. Over all I would highly recommend this property.

Great location Clean and secure Would definitely stay again

Very nice hotel! This was our 2nd stay here! Nice rooms and pools! Very friendly staff! However, roosters started crowing at 4:00 am and never stopped, so we didn’t get a good night’s sleep! Earplugs provided were totally useless!

Nice spot to stay and very affordable

The rooms were well apportioned, clean and spacious. The downside was the noise. The rooms are not well insulated so the road noise and people’s conversations tended to be loud. If you didn’t wear ear plugs it was very disruptive to our sleep. People would be yelling right outside our room as late as midnight. No quiet hours.

We enjoyed our stay. Lobby was very busy most of the time. had for computer kiosks, but usually only 2 people up front. Otherwise...you must get a burger or the chicken sandwich from the bar for lunch. Incredible and not too pricey.

Loved it!

The floor in the room was filthy, dirt and spill spots. The bath tub was also stained and tiles on the walls needed a good scrubbing. When I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, I was told, "Oh, I'm sorry" and nothing else! Luckily we only needed to stay one night. Never again!

Only 1 elevator was operable, we were on the 5th floor a. Paid for an upgraded ocean view and they still put us in a poolside view. Had to go down to lobby multiple times and when I finally got the ocean view room there was a wet dirty towel hanging in the towel rack in bathroom from last occupants. Old trash was still in bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the room. Other than those few things, he property is beautiful, the area is beautiful and rooms were nicely decorated. Just work on the little things.

Stay away. Far away. This property will scam you. I reported a table that broke when I sat on it because it looked like a stool. They charged me $500 for damage. The table (as a set) sells on Amazon for $69. Disputed and they would not even message me back. They don’t have a damage policy. They will find their day in court soon. Stay far, far away!!!
