Perfect stop on our way to Campos do Jordao. Valdir at the reception received us at 1am and was very nice and professional. Room is clean and confortable. Good breakfast and safe parking.

we had a great stay here, this hotel is very comfortable with a great breakfast, spacious rooms and plenty of hot water in a full stream shower, the staff are very kind and helpful which may our weeks stay very enjoyable, a great place to stay and fully recommended !

Stayed for one night while visiting friends in the area. The room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. My only negative point were the high costs of the “extra” items in the room (mini-bar). Is it really necessary to charge 2-3x’s the actual cost for a bottle of water?

We had a one-night stay and it was pleasant. We walked to a restaurant nearby and the next day visited a church located in a park area/square. It was relatively quiet and our room had a view of the Christ statue on a distant hill, similar to Rio, but much smaller. The Wifi was good in the room. They provided a nice breakfast that was kept stocked with the food offered.

De início atendimento cordial, muito atencioso, estacionamento seguro opção de coberto e descoberto de fácil acesso. Equipe atenciosa, bom café da manhã, quarto espaçoso e confortável.

Vão muito grande entre porta e piso no acesso ao quarto. Estrutura antiga. No geral acomodação ok.

Maravilhoso. Excelente surpresa. Amplo, limpo, cheiroso. Café da manhã super bem servido.

O quarto era desconfortável, cozinha nao existe, uma pia num canto horrível, o banheiro o pior. Desculpe, mas muito ruim em relação de quando ficamos em novembro 25. Mas destaco o bom atendimento dos funcionários.

Único ponto de melhoria é a internet, precisei usar e estava lenta e instável.
