We stayed as we are renovating after a house move and the plasterer had taken over the house. It was a welcome break from the daily work of clearing up after tradesmen! The staff were lovely and the food good. We may be back - depending on how things progress at home!

Great accommodation for an over night stay. Staff friendly and helpful

Good value, comfy bed, shame the lift was broken for 3 days. Swimming pool and jacuzzi still out of action.

The staff were brilliant. The only lift was out of order. My room was large but very tired. Apart from reception the whole place needs a revamp. The spa was closed. The room was air conditioned which was vital as there was only one small opening window. I didn’t eat in the hotel but other customers seemed happy with the quality of the food.

Receptionist was disinterested when I was told i did not have breakfast included which meant we paid almost £300 for 2 nights in a hotel which we couldn't use the pool the lift was out of order so people who couldn't walk very well struggled enormously. Our room was ok but the toilet was disgusting black mold everywhere the shower was difficult to use and they have a cheap plastic toilet seat that fell apart as soon as you sat on it absolutely terrible never will we book there again.

Our second visit was a repeat of the first, good, friendly professional service. Great location for our requirements

Lovely staff. If you remember Brittas Empire, or the hotel from Alan Partridge, this is it!

Room was advertised as having multiple beds, not pull down bunk beds that are not even level when down!! My 13yr old did not get a good sleep as she was constantly rolling to the side. The bed sheets were dirty and stained (see attached), although there were 3 of us, only 2 sets of towels were supplied? No iron in room so had to request one. Only told that spa and pool was permanently closed after we had booked the hotel, and felt that the price point paid was not worth it if this was closed.. very tired and runs down hotel..

Staff friendly efficient,room clean bathroom a plus prefer a soak in a tub .breakfast in restaurant good.we both enjoyed our stay definitely stay again.

I have stayed in this hotel when in the area with work over the last 4 years. The staff as always were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was very busy with wedding and the bars was thus packed, which wasn't an issue. Had breakfast in the restaurant which was decent. Downside was the swimming pool is now permanently closed (got notified after I had made the the booking) with the spa & gym also closing shortly. The rooms, whilst very clean, are looking a little tired now and could do with a refresh/update/makeover Whilst the shower was amazing (proper power shower) the tiles and grouting were showing their age, again, could do with a refresh/update. Beds were clean & comfy which, at the end of the day is the most important bit.

Dont use hotels that often, but was pleasantly surprised by the Bentley in Lincoln, clean, easy to find, great staff good food, good price.

Very friendly and competent staff. Excellent parking. Very good food and service. Great value for money.

A bit disappointed as booked hotel and spa but once confirmed booking and paid l got an email later saying no pool or spa. Not a happy customer as should of been told when booking. Regards Graham Chapman
